Implosive Low-Vulnerable Radar-Invisible High-Power Munitions
Abstract
The aims of the invention are: maximizing the explosion energy release of implosive munitions; minimizing the vulnerability of munitions to external impacts, detonation and heat during storage; radar-invisibility of munitions. The invention provides for introducing charges that compress the main charge into the implosive device when equipping it before use. Storing implosive munitions without compressive charges minimizes their vulnerability. The start of the device implosion process before the required moment of explosion ahead for the duration of the implosion processes maximizes the device explosion energy release. The invention makes it possible to use effectively cheap explosive mixtures, which have low sensitivities to detonation and heat, and release twice as much energy as hexogen, and also use munitions with thinner and less massive, radar-invisible walls.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . The implosive Device contains lateral and compressive charges that are introduced into the Device when the Device is equipped before using it, and that are located separately and remotely from the Device when it is stored.
2 . The Device of claim 1 , in which the spaces between the lateral charges and the main charge that slow down shock waves are filled with elements of the Device's control system and/or shrapnel, combustible, incendiary or oxidative substances, and the voids between the control system elements and between the shrapnel elements are filled with explosive, combustible or incendiary substances.
3 . The Device of claim 1 , the control system of which starts the implosion process until the required moment of explosion ahead for the duration of the implosion processes.
4 . The Device of claim 1 , in which the substance of the compressive charges is a liquid or gas contains the channel hollows for the lateral and compressive charges, which are located on the periphery of the main charge body, and are filled with explosive when the Device is equipped before using it.
5 . The Device of claim 4 , which is carried by an aircraft or rocket, contains the channel hollows that are filled with explosive during the carrier flight.
6 . The Device of claim 1 contains the body made of radar-invisible and radio-absorbing materials.
7 . The Device of claim 1 , the carrier rocket of which contains control systems' parts, which reflect radar radio waves are divided into small interconnected blocks, which have shapes, sizes, and distances between them, under which radar radio waves diffract them;
are placed in the Device's main charge space and mass and in the Device's carrier rocket fuel tank.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
