Swing Proofing

Abstract

A method is established to afford a golfer the opportunity to witness a golf swing in real-time fashion. Said method includes supplying a ground surface, a supplemental surface, and a source of light.

1 . A method for a golfer to observe key elements and the position of specific body parts while working on the fundamentals of a golf swing, comprising the steps of:
 a. supplying a ground surface as a means of proper footing for working on said golf swing,   b. supplying a supplemental surface as a means of receiving/displaying said golfer's maneuvers, and   c. supplying a source of light as a means of projecting said golfer's maneuvers onward,   whereby said source of light is strategically positioned and well suited to project a full body shadow of said golfer's maneuvers onto said supplemental surface for the convenience of surveillance, offering an opportunity for said golfer to observe said key elements and the position of specific body parts in real-time fashion.
