Claims

Abstract

A fan includes fan blades driven by an electric motor to rotate; a front shield at a front end of the fan blades; a rear shield at a rear end of the fan blades; and a battery pack coupling portion configured for mounting a battery pack. The electric motor of the fan has at least a first rotational speed at which the electric motor is operable, and when the electric motor moves at the first rotational speed, a total air volume formed by the fan is greater than or equal to 800 CFM and less than or equal to 1800 CFM.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A fan, comprising:
 a battery pack coupling portion for mounting a battery pack;   fan blades capable of being driven by an electric motor to rotate about a central axis;   a front shield at a front end of the fan blades, wherein, when the fan blades rotate, an air flow flows out through the front shield; and   a rear shield at a rear end of the fan blades, wherein, when the fan blades rotate, the airflow flows in through the rear shield;   wherein the electric motor of the fan has at least a first rotational speed at which the electric motor is operable, and, when the electric motor moves at the first rotational speed, a total air volume formed by the fan is greater than or equal to 800 CFM and less than or equal to 1800 CFM.   
     
     
         2 . The fan according to  claim 1 , wherein a diameter of the fan blades is a first diameter which is greater than or equal to 150 mm and less than or equal to 270 mm. 
     
     
         3 . The fan according to  claim 1 , wherein the first rotational speed is a maximum rotational speed reachable during operation of the fan in a working state. 
     
     
         4 . The fan according to  claim 1 , wherein a rated voltage of the battery pack adapted to the fan is greater than or equal to 18 V and less than or equal to 40 V. 
     
     
         5 . The fan according to  claim 1 , wherein the front shield comprises air outlet channels, the air outlet channels diffuse outward from a center of the front shield, and each of the air outlet channels is arc-shaped. 
     
     
         6 . The fan according to  claim 1 , wherein the rear shield comprises air inlet channels, the air inlet channels diffuse outward from a center of the rear shield, and each of the air inlet channels is linear. 
     
     
         7 . The fan according to  claim 1 , further comprising a side baffle disposed on a side edge of the front shield or the rear shield, wherein a width of the side baffle in a front and rear direction is a first width L 1  which is greater than or equal to 60 mm and less than or equal to 90 mm. 
     
     
         8 . The fan according to  claim 1 , wherein a diameter of a shield edge of the front shield of the fan is a second diameter D 2  which is greater than or equal to 180 mm and less than or equal to 290 mm. 
     
     
         9 . The fan according to  claim 1 , wherein a maximum distance of the fan in a front and rear direction is a second width L 2  which is greater than or equal to 130 mm and less than or equal to 170 mm. 
     
     
         10 . The fan according to  claim 1 , wherein the first rotational speed of the electric motor is greater than or equal to 2000 rpm and less than or equal to 2400 rpm. 
     
     
         11 . The fan according to  claim 1 , wherein the battery pack adapted to the fan is also adaptable to other types of power tools than the fan. 
     
     
         12 . The fan according to  claim 1 , wherein a ratio of a maximum time of endurance of the fan to the capacity of the battery pack is greater than or equal to 8 (h/Ah). 
     
     
         13 . The fan according to  claim 1 , wherein, when the fan operates at the first rotational speed, a maximum wind speed output by the fan is greater than or equal to 7.5 m/s and less than or equal to 15 m/s. 
     
     
         14 . A fan, comprising:
 a battery pack coupling portion configured for mounting a battery pack;   fan blades capable of being driven by an electric motor to rotate about a central axis;   a front shield at a front end of the fan blades, wherein the front shield comprises front air guide ribs and a shield edge, the front air guide ribs and the shield edge form a plurality of air outlet channels, and, when the fan blades rotate, an airflow flows out through the air outlet channels; and   a rear shield at a rear end of the fan blades, wherein, when the fan blades rotate, the airflow flows in through the rear shield;   wherein an area formed by an inner edge of the shield edge of the front shield is defined as an effective air outlet area of the front shield, and, when the electric motor of the fan runs at a maximum rotational speed at which the electric motor is operable, a ratio of a total air volume (m 3 /min) formed by the fan to the effective air outlet area (m 2 ) of the front shield is greater than or equal to 500 m/min and less than or equal to 2000 m/min.   
     
     
         15 . The fan according to  claim 14 , wherein a diameter of the fan blades is a first diameter which is greater than or equal to 150 mm and less than or equal to 270 mm. 
     
     
         16 . The fan according to  claim 14 , wherein a rated voltage of the battery pack adapted to the fan is greater than or equal to 18 V and less than or equal to 40 V. 
     
     
         17 . The fan according to  claim 14 , wherein a ratio of a maximum time of endurance of the fan to the capacity of the battery pack is greater than or equal to 8 (h/Ah). 
     
     
         18 . A fan, comprising:
 a battery pack coupling portion configured for mounting a battery pack;   fan blades capable of being driven by an electric motor to rotate about a central axis;   a front shield at a front end of the fan blades, wherein, when the fan blades rotate, an airflow flows out through the front shield; and   a rear shield at a rear end of the fan blades, wherein, when the fan blades rotate, the airflow flows in through the rear shield;   wherein a rated voltage of the battery pack adapted to the fan is greater than or equal to 12 V and less than or equal to 80 V, the electric motor of the fan has at least a first rotational speed at which the electric motor is operable, and, when the electric motor moves at the first rotational speed, a total air volume formed by the fan is greater than or equal to 800 CFM.   
     
     
         19 . The fan according to  claim 18 , wherein a diameter of the fan blades is a first diameter which is greater than or equal to 150 mm and less than or equal to 270 mm. 
     
     
         20 . The fan according to  claim 18 , wherein a ratio of a maximum time of endurance of the fan to the capacity of the battery pack is greater than or equal to 8 (h/Ah).
