Headboard with angle adjustable headrests

Abstract

A headboard with angle adjustable headrests, comprises a headboard body and a headrest adjustment mechanism. The headboard body is arranged with an installation side plate frame, and a headboard support frame is fixedly installed between two end side walls of the installation side plate frame, two side plates are fixedly connected between the headboard support frame and an inner wall of the installation side plate frame, by arranging two support plates, both support plates are rotationally connected to the headrest connecting plate, and a same beam is fixedly connected between the two headrest connecting plates, so that the headrest connecting plate can rotate on the support plate, realizing the purpose of adjusting the angle of the headrest by set the bottom beam.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A headboard with angle adjustable headrests, comprising:
 a headboard body, the headboard body is arranged with an installation side plate frame, and a headboard support frame is fixedly installed between two end side walls of the installation side plate frame, two side plates are fixedly connected between the headboard support frame and an inner wall of the installation side plate frame;   a headrest adjustment mechanism, the headrest adjustment mechanism comprises a installation bracket assembly, a drive mechanism, a beam and two headrest connecting plates, the installation bracket assembly and the two side plates are fixedly connected, and the two headrest connecting plates are rotationally connected to the installation bracket assembly, and two end side walls of the beam are respectively fixedly connected to the two headrest connecting plate, and the two ends of the drive mechanism are respectively rotationally connected to the installation bracket assembly and the beam.

The headboard with angle adjustable headrests according to  claim 1 , wherein the installation bracket assembly comprises a bottom beam and two support plates, and the two support plates are respectively fixedly installed on the two side plates, and two ends of the bottom beam are respectively fixedly connected to the two support plates, one end of the drive mechanism is rotationally connected to the bottom beam, and a bottom of the two support plates is equipped with chamfered plates, the bottom beam is fixedly connected with the chamfered plates, and the two headrest connecting plates are respectively rotationally connected with the two support plates.

The headboard with angle adjustable headrests according to  claim 2 , wherein the drive mechanism comprises a telescopic motor and a connector, the connector is fixedly connected to the output shaft of the telescopic motor, and one end of the telescopic motor is rotationally connected with the bottom beam, and the connector is rotationally connected with the beam.

The headboard with angle adjustable headrests according to  claim 3 , wherein two first ribs are fixedly installed on the beam, and a first through hole is opened on each of the two first ribs, and the connector is arranged with first pin holes corresponding to the two first through holes, and a same first pin shaft pass through the two first through holes and the first pin holes, and a first limiting member slides through the first pin shaft.

The headboard with angle adjustable headrests according to  claim 4 , wherein two second ribs are fixedly installed on the bottom beam, and second through holes are opened on the two second ribs, and the telescopic motor is arranged with a second pin hole, the second pin hole is set corresponding to the two second through holes, a same second pin shaft passes through the two second through holes and the two second pin hole, and the second pin shaft slides through the second limiting member.

The headboard with angle adjustable headrests according to  claim 3 , wherein two third ribs are fixedly installed on the beam, two fourth ribs are fixed on the bottom beam, and two third ribs are arranged corresponding to the two fourth ribs in the vertical direction, and a same extension spring is connected between the third rib and the fourth rib. 
     
     
         7 . The headboard with angle adjustable headrests according to  claim 1 , wherein support plates are fixedly installed on the two headrest connecting plates, and a same headrest plate is fixedly installed on the two support plates.

The headboard with angle adjustable headrests according to  claim 1 , wherein the headboard support frame comprises two installation plates, and the two installation plates are respectively fixedly installed on two end side walls of the installation side plate frame, several horizontal plates are fixedly connected between the installation plates, and the two side plates are fixedly connected to several horizontal plates. 
     
     
         9 . The headboard with angle adjustable headrests according to  claim 2 , wherein a fixed shaft runs through the two support plates, and the two headrest connecting plates are respectively rotationally sleeved on the two fixed shafts.

The headboard with angle adjustable headrests according to  claim 5 , wherein both the first limiting member and the second limiting member are arranged in a U shape, and two end side walls of the first limiting member and the second limiting member are all inclined toward the middle, and the first limiting part and the second limiting part are arranged elastically.
