Abstract

A backpack has a main bag with a front panel and a back panel separated by a pair of side panels, a top panel, and a bottom panel, thereby forming an internal compartment with an access opening for accessing the internal compartment. The access opening has a closure mechanism for removably closing the internal compartment. A pair of shoulder straps are attached to the main bag for mounting the main bag on the shoulders of the user. At least one magnet is attached to the backpack so that the backpack may be attached to a ferromagnetic structure.
