Abstract

To provide an insole that promotes maintenance of the inclination angle and rotation of a motion axis, which is a rotation axis of the inside of both feet, in a golf swing. By making the thickness of the insole the lowest at the base of the thumb (A), and then gradually increasing the thickness from the medial heel (B), lateral heel (C), and little finger base (D), the thickness of the insole is the lowest, and the thickness is gradually increased to the base of the little finger (D). By maintaining the inclination angle of the ball of the foot and preventing the ball of the foot from lifting due to centrifugal force caused by the swing, the center of gravity is prevented from moving toward the little finger, and smooth rotation from the ball of the foot is promoted.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A pair of golf insoles, characterized in that the thickness of the base of the thumb (A) is lower than that of the medial heel (B), the lateral heel (C), and the base of the little finger (D).

2 . The insole according to claim 1 , wherein the thickness of the insole gradually increases from the base of the thumb (A), the inner side of the heel (B), the outer side of the heel (C), and the base of the little finger (D).

3 . An insole in which the thickness of the insole at the base of the thumb (A) is 10 mm or more lower than the base of the little finger (D).

4 . The insole according to claim 1 , wherein the angle of inclination from the base of the little finger to the base of the thumb (section E) is the same as the angle of inclination from the outer side of the heel to the inner side of the heel (section F).
