Abstract

A toothpaste and toothbrush integrated structure comprises mainly a tube body, an inner tube, an extension tube, a venting cap, and a plurality of toothbrush components. A front end of the tube body provides connection to the extension tube for attaching toothbrush components of various types and for sheathing the inner tube. The inner tube is sheathed in the tube body for storing toothpaste. At a front end thereof is disposed a unidirectional release structure; at a bottom thereof is disposed an inner ring for squeezing toothpaste; and at a rear end thereof is disposed a squeezing part protruding from the tube body for squeezing the inner tube to release toothpaste. At a front end of the extension tube is disposed a toothbrush component, and a rear end of the extension tube provides connection to the tube body.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A toothpaste and toothbrush integrated structure comprising:
a tube body of a cylindrical tube shape, having limiting ribs disposed encircling an inner rim at a rear end thereof; an inner tube sheathed in the tube body for storing toothpaste, wherein at a front end thereof is disposed a unidirectional release structure, at a rear end thereof is disposed a squeezing part having a smaller tube diameter, and in an interior thereof is disposed an inner ring, and wherein after the inner tube is sheathed in the tube body a stop is formed by limiting ribs; an extension tube for connecting to a front end of the tube body; a plurality of toothbrush components attached to a front end of the extension tube, wherein is disposed a brush hair side having a plurality of hair thereon is disposed a beak shaped release valve; wherein with a press of the squeezing part disposed at a rear end of the inner tube and protruding from a bottom of the tube body, the inner ring is compressed by air pressure to push the toothpaste into the release structure and the toothbrush component for releasing a fixed amount of toothpaste from the beak shaped release valve of the toothbrush component.

2 . A toothpaste and toothbrush integrated structure of claim 1 , wherein tube diameters of the tube body and a front end of the inner tube is slightly bigger than that of a rear end thereof so that when the inner tube is sheathed in the tube body it is tightly connected to the extension tube and the tube body is prevented from coming off due to a front end of the inner tube having a bigger tube diameter than a rear end thereof and a stop formed by the limiting ribs.

3 . A toothpaste and toothbrush integrated structure of claim 1 , wherein the squeezing part disposed at a rear end of the inner tube protrudes from the tube body and at a front end thereof is disposed a unidirectional release structure: wherein a press at the squeezing part at a rear end of the inner tube pushes the toothpaste in the inner tube into the release structure and the toothbrush component to be evenly spread onto the brush hair side of the toothbrush component through the beak shaped release valve disposed thereon: wherein the release quantity of the toothpaste is adjusted by the number of presses; and wherein the beak shaped release valve is in a tightly closed state when the toothpaste and toothbrush integrated structure is not being used to prevent the toothpaste from pollution.

4 . A toothpaste and toothbrush integrated structure of claim 1 , wherein the release structure comprises a tube, a sheathing component and a sphere: wherein a protrusion is disposed at an outer rim of a front end of the tube: wherein the sheathing component is disposed to sheath a rear end of the tube, at one end thereon is disposed a through hole and at another end thereon is disposed a retaining rod, and at an inner rim of the sheathing component are disposed vertical and horizontal limiting ribs having a channel formed among them: wherein the sphere is sheathed within the sheathing component and is made to move horizontally along the channel formed among the limiting ribs; and wherein a spring is threaded between the protrusion and the inner tube.

5 . A toothpaste and toothbrush integrated structure of claim 1 , wherein the inner tube is provided for storing toothpaste of various brands, purposes and flavors to allow replacement according to personal preferences.

6 . A toothpaste and toothbrush integrated structure of claim 1 , wherein the brush hair disposed on two sides of the beak shaped release valve on the brush hair side of the toothbrush component respectively incline towards a center of the beak shaped release valve at angles between around 20 to 30 degrees to hide the beak shaped release valve from view for protection and aesthetic purposes.

7 . A toothpaste and toothbrush integrated structure of claim 1 , further including a venting cap with ventilation pores for covering the extension tube and toothbrush component to keep the toothbrush component from being exposed to pollution, facilitate drying of the toothbrush, and avoid spreading of germs due to humidity.

8 . A toothpaste and toothbrush integrated structure of claim 1 , wherein a cover body is disposed on the inner tube for covering the front end thereof so that when the toothpaste and toothbrush integrated structure is not being used the inner tube is airtight to achieve the purposes of hygiene and pollution prevention
