Abstract

Apparatuses, systems, and techniques to perform and facilitate lock-free data sharing between processes performing computations in fifth generation (5G) new radio (NR) wireless communication. In at least one embodiment, 5G-NR information to be shared between one or more processes is stored by one or more statically-sized regions of linked storage locations in response to an application programming interface (API).

Claims

What is claimed is:

         1 . A processor comprising:
one or more circuits to perform an application programming interface (API) to cause information to be stored in one or more statically-sized regions of linked storage locations allocated to store shared fifth generation new radio (5G-NR) information.

2 . The processor of claim 1 , wherein the one or more statically-sized regions of linked storage locations are lock-free and the API is to cause the 5G-NR information to be stored by enqueueing the 5G-NR information in at least one of the linked storage locations.

3 . The processor of claim 1 , wherein the one or more statically-sized regions of linked storage locations are to be organized as a lock-free data structure.

4 . The processor of claim 1 , wherein the 5G-NR information to be stored comprises integer data.

5 . The processor of claim 1 , wherein the 5G-NR information to be stored comprises integer data to be stored in at least one of the linked storage locations based, at least in part, in an integer value of the integer data.

6 . The processor of claim 1 , wherein the 5G-NR information comprises integer data to be used as an index into the one or more linked storage locations.

7 . The processor of claim 1 , wherein the API is to receive one or more parameters to indicate the one or more statically-sized regions of linked storage locations and the 5G-NR information to be stored.

8 . The processor of claim 1 , wherein the linked storage locations comprise one or more pointers to indicate one or more portions of the one or more statically-sized regions and one or more counters to indicate a count of operations performed on the one or more statically-sized regions.

         9 . A system comprising:
one or more processors to perform an application programming interface (API) to cause information to be stored in one or more statically-sized regions of linked storage locations allocated to store shared fifth generation new radio (5G-NR) information.

10 . The system of claim 9 , wherein the one or more statically-sized regions of linked storage locations are to be organized as a lock-free data structure and the API is to cause the 5G-NR information to be stored by enqueueing the information in at least one of the linked storage locations.

11 . The system of claim 9 , wherein the one or more statically-sized regions of linked storage locations are to be organized as a lock-free queue and the API is to cause the 5G-NR information to be stored by enqueueing the 5G-NR information in at least one of the linked storage locations and modifying one or more data values of the one or more statically-sized regions to point to the at least one of the linked storage locations.

12 . The system of claim 9 , wherein the one or more statically-sized regions of linked storage locations are to be organized as a lock-free data structure.

13 . The system of claim 9 , wherein the 5G-NR information to be stored comprises integer data to be stored in at least one of the linked storage locations based, at least in part, in an integer value of the integer data.

14 . The system of claim 9 , wherein the 5G-NR information comprises integer data to be used as an index into the one or more linked storage locations.

         15 . A method comprising:
performing an application programming interface (API) to cause information to be stored in one or more statically-sized regions of linked storage locations allocated to store shared fifth generation new radio (5G-NR) information.

16 . The method of claim 15 , wherein the one or more statically-sized regions of linked storage locations are to be organized as a lock-free data structure and the API is to cause the 5G-NR information to be stored by enqueueing the 5G-NR information in at least one of the linked storage locations.

17 . The method of claim 15 , further comprising enqueueing the 5G-NR information in at least one of the linked storage locations and modifying one or more data values of the one or more statically-sized regions to indicate the at least one of the linked storage locations.

18 . The method of claim 15 , further comprising causing the information to be stored in at least one of the linked storage locations based, at least in part, on a value of the 5G-NR information.

19 . The method of claim 15 , wherein the 5G-NR information comprises integer data to be used as an index into the one or more linked storage locations.

20 . The method of claim 15 , further comprising receiving, by the API, one or more parameters to indicate the one or more statically-sized regions of linked storage locations and the 5G-NR information to be stored.
