Abstract

The present invention relates to a lighter-attachable packing device that can be used to store smoking material, pack smoking material, and clean smoking devices. The device is comprised of a body with at least one male member, at least one packing cap, and at least one pick. The device can be attached to the body of a lighter via an opening in the body. The cap is hollow such that it can store smoking material, and removably attaches to the male member via threads. The cap is also rounded such that it can be used as a packing tool. The pick is stored within the body and can be removed as needed to be used to clean a smoking device or the cap.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A lighter-attachable packing device comprising:
 a body comprised of an opening, a side wall, and a top wall;   a pick; and   a cap.   
     
     
         2 . The lighter-attachable packing device of  claim 1 , wherein the cap is a hollow cap. 
     
     
         3 . The lighter-attachable packing device of  claim 2 , wherein the cap attaches to the top wall. 
     
     
         4 . The lighter-attachable packing device of  claim 1 , wherein the pick is stored on the body. 
     
     
         5 . A lighter-attachable packing device comprising:
 a body comprised of an opening, a side wall comprised of a loop, and a top wall;   a pick; and   a cap.   
     
     
         6 . The lighter-attachable packing device of  claim 5 , wherein the pick is comprised of a flexible material. 
     
     
         7 . The lighter-attachable packing device of  claim 5 , wherein the lighter-attachable packing device is comprised of a heat-resistant plastic material. 
     
     
         8 . The lighter-attachable packing device of  claim 6 , wherein the pick is comprised of an angled first end. 
     
     
         9 . The lighter-attachable packing device of  claim 6 , wherein the pick is comprised of a curved second end. 
     
     
         10 . A lighter-attachable packing device comprising:
 a body comprised of an opening, a side wall comprised of a loop, a channel, and a top wall;   a pick; and   a cap that removably attaches to the top wall.   
     
     
         11 . The lighter-attachable packing device of  claim 10 , wherein the channel is formed by the top wall and the side wall. 
     
     
         12 . The lighter-attachable packing device of  claim 11 , wherein the pick is stored within the channel. 
     
     
         13 . The lighter-attachable packing device of  claim 10 , wherein the top wall is comprised of a male member. 
     
     
         14 . The lighter-attachable packing device of  claim 13 , wherein the cap attaches to the male member. 
     
     
         15 . The lighter-attachable packing device of  claim 13 , wherein the male member is comprised of a fastener. 
     
     
         16 . The lighter-attachable packing device of  claim 14 , wherein the cap is comprised of a fastener. 
     
     
         17 . The lighter-attachable packing device of  claim 10 , wherein the cap is comprised of a rounded end. 
     
     
         18 . The lighter-attachable packing device of  claim 10 , wherein the cap is comprised of a hollow cap. 
     
     
         19 . The lighter-attachable packing device of  claim 10 , wherein the body is comprised of a round shape. 
     
     
         20 . The lighter-attachable packing device of  claim 10 , wherein the body is comprised of an oval shape.
