Abstract
The disclosure relates to a folding hip seat for a baby, in which only a single one-touch control part is provided to be manipulated with one hand such that a hip seat part may be conveniently and easily manipulated, and an installation plate part is configured to be securely coupled to or easily separated from a base plate part by a fastening hook, a fastening groove, an elastic fastening protrusion, and an insertion hole such that such that a body weight of a baby may be dispersed to a plurality of points, and thus the folding hip seat may be safely used.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A folding hip seat for a baby, which is to be worn on a guardian by means of a waistband, the folding hip seat comprising:
a base plate part fixedly installed at a front side of the waistband and having a plurality of fastening hooks provided at one front side thereof and an elastic fastening protrusion provided at the other front side thereof; an installation plate part detachably coupled to a front side of the base plate part and having fastening grooves formed at one side thereof and configured to be coupled to the plurality of fastening hooks, an insertion hole formed at the other side thereof and configured to be coupled to the elastic fastening protrusion, and a first hinge part protruding from a front upper portion thereof; and a hip seat part rotatably installed on the first hinge part and configured to be stored in a state of being in close contact with the installation plate part or used in an unfolded state depending on whether the hip seat part rotates, the hip seat part having a second hinge part provided at a rear upper portion thereof and hingedly coupled to the first hinge part, and a one-touch control part provided at one front side of the second hinge part and selectively fixed to the first hinge part such that rotated and fixed states with respect to the installation plate part is controlled by the one-touch control part.
2 . The folding hip seat of claim 1 , wherein the installation plate part is coupled to the base plate part by coming into close contact with the base plate part and then moving downward,
wherein the fastening hook protrudes in a “ ”-shaped angle shape, and wherein the fastening groove comprises: a through port penetrated by the fastening hook when the installation plate part comes into close contact with the base plate part; and a support groove formed at an upper side of the through port and configured to fixedly couple a tip the fastening hook when the installation plate part positioned to be in close contact with the base plate part moves downward on the base plate part.
3 . The folding hip seat of claim 2 , wherein the elastic fastening protrusion is integrated with the base plate part, and two opposite sides and an upper end of the elastic fastening protrusion, except for a lower end thereof, are cut out so that the elastic fastening protrusion is elastically biased forward,
wherein an insertion protrusion protrudes from a front side of the upper end of the elastic fastening protrusion and is detachably inserted into the insertion hole, and wherein when the tip of the fastening hook is fixedly supported in the support groove as the installation plate part comes into close contact with the base plate part and then moves downward, the insertion protrusion is elastically and fixedly inserted into the insertion hole at the same time.
4 . The folding hip seat of claim 1 , wherein the first hinge part comprises:
first hinge protrusions protruding from two opposite sides of a front upper portion of the installation plate part and respectively having first hinge holes formed therethrough; and a second hinge protrusion protruding between the first hinge protrusions and having a second hinge hole formed therethrough on the same line as the first hinge hole, and wherein a first stop groove and a second stop groove are formed in one surface of the second hinge protrusion along a rotation radius of the one-touch control part.
5 . The folding hip seat of claim 4 , wherein the first hinge protrusion and the second hinge protrusion are supported by reinforcement ribs extending toward the installation plate part.
6 . The folding hip seat of claim 5 , wherein the second hinge part comprises:
a third hinge protrusion positioned between the second hinge protrusion and the first hinge protrusion positioned in a direction in which the first stop groove and the second stop groove are not formed, the third hinge protrusion having a third hinge hole formed therein to communicate with the first hinge hole and the second hinge hole; a fourth hinge protrusion positioned between the second hinge protrusion and the first hinge protrusion positioned in a direction in which the first stop groove and the second stop groove are formed, the fourth hinge protrusion having a fourth hinge hole formed therein and formed therethrough to communicate with the first hinge hole and the second hinge hole; and a hinge shaft integrally inserted into the first hinge hole, the second hinge hole, the third hinge hole, and the fourth hinge hole.
7 . The folding hip seat of claim 6 , wherein the one-touch control part comprises:
a body integrally formed at a front side of the fourth hinge protrusion and having a movement hole formed therein and formed therethrough in a length direction, the body being configured such that an inner diameter of a portion in the movement hole, which is adjacent to the first stop groove and the second stop groove, is larger than an inner diameter of a portion opposite to the first stop groove and the second stop groove, and a first catching stepped portion is formed along an inner peripheral edge of a point at which the inner diameter varies; a shaft inserted into the movement hole so as to be movable in a length direction and having one end at which a handle is installed in a state in which one end protrudes to the outside of the body, and the other end protruding toward the second hinge protrusion and selectively inserted into the first stop groove or the second stop groove, the shaft is configured such that an outer diameter of a portion adjacent to the first stop groove and the second stop groove is larger than an outer diameter of a portion opposite to the first stop groove and the second stop groove, and a second catching stepped portion is formed along an outer peripheral edge of a point at which the outer diameter varies; and a spring provided at a position, at which the movement hole has the large inner diameter, and having one end supported on the first catching stepped portion, and the other end supported on the second catching stepped portion, the spring being configured to be elastically biased toward the first stop groove and the second stop groove when the shaft moves toward the handle.
8 . The folding hip seat of claim 7 , wherein the hip seat part is stored in a state of being in close contact with the installation plate part or used in an unfolded state depending on whether the other end of the shaft is selectively inserted into any one of the first stop groove and the second stop groove, and
wherein a third stop groove is further formed between the first stop groove and the second stop groove along a rotation radius of the one-touch control part, such that a rotation angle at which the hip seat part is unfolded is adjusted.
9 . The folding hip seat of claim 1 , wherein an upper surface and a lateral portion of the hip seat part each have a curved structure corresponding to a body structure of the baby so that the baby's buttocks and thighs are stably in close contact with the hip seat part.
10 . The folding hip seat of claim 1 , wherein an accommodation space, which is openable or closable by a cover, is formed in an upper surface of the hip seat part, and a body temperature adjustment pack, which is one of a refrigerant pack or a heating pack, is selectively accommodated in the accommodation space so that a body temperature of the baby seated on the hip seat part is adjusted on the basis of health conditions or seasons.
11 . The folding hip seat of claim 10 , wherein the cover has one or more through-holes or is made of a material having conductivity so that the body temperature of the baby is easily adjusted by the body temperature adjustment pack.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
