Abstract
A paste bottle with a multistage ejection mechanism is provided, the bottle includes an outer bottle, a replaceable inner bottle, and a multistage ejection mechanism. An upper end of the outer bottle is provided with a detachable gland, a lower end of the outer bottle is connected with a rotary seat which can rotate circumferentially. An upper end of the inner bottle body is mounted in alignment with the outer bottle and forms an accommodating area with the outer bottle. The multistage ejection mechanism is arranged in the accommodating area. The multistage ejection mechanism includes a middle stud, an intermediate screw sleeve and an outer screw sleeve. The multistage ejection mechanism can effectively utilize space inside the inner bottle.

1 . A paste bottle with a multistage ejection mechanism, comprising:
an outer bottle ( 3 ), an upper end and a lower end of the outer bottle ( 3 ) are opened, the upper end of the outer bottle ( 3 ) being provided with a detachable gland ( 2 ), the lower end of the outer bottle ( 3 ) being connected with a rotary seat ( 6 ) which can rotate circumferentially, and an inner wall surface of the rotary seat ( 6 ) being provided with a plurality of ribs ( 61 ) which are distributed circumferentially; a replaceable inner bottle ( 4 ) comprising an inner bottle body ( 41 ) and a paste seat ( 42 ) slidably disposed in the inner bottle body ( 41 ), a rotation-limiting hole ( 421 ) being provided at the paste seat ( 42 ), and an upper end of the inner bottle body ( 41 ) being mounted in alignment with the outer bottle ( 3 ) and forming an accommodating area with the outer bottle ( 3 ); and a multistage ejection mechanism ( 5 ) arranged in the accommodating area and comprising a middle stud ( 51 ), an intermediate screw sleeve ( 52 ) and an outer screw sleeve ( 53 ) which are screwed from inside to outside in sequence, an upper end of the middle stud ( 51 ) being provided with an integral insertion part ( 511 ) which is matched and inserted into the rotation-limiting hole ( 421 ), and an outer screw sleeve ( 53 ) features uniformly machined grooves ( 531 ) on outer circumferential surface, corresponding one by one to ribs ( 61 ).
2 . The paste bottle with the multistage ejection mechanism according to claim 1 , wherein the gland ( 2 ) is machined with an L-shaped groove ( 21 ), and the upper end of the outer bottle ( 3 ) has a clamping block ( 31 ) which can be clamped into the L-shaped groove ( 21 ).
3 . The paste bottle with the multistage ejection mechanism according to claim 1 , wherein the rotary seat ( 6 ) is rotationally connected with the outer bottle ( 3 ) through a hook and a chute.
4 . The paste bottle with the multistage ejection mechanism according to claim 1 , wherein the inner bottle body ( 41 ) is designed as an elliptical cylinder, and the outer bottle ( 3 ) has a support bar ( 32 ) supported on a short side of the elliptical cylinder.
5 . The paste bottle with the multistage ejection mechanism according to claim 1 , wherein a width of the groove ( 531 ) at a lower part thereof is larger than that at an upper part forming a flare.

The paste bottle with the multistage ejection mechanism according to claim 1 , wherein the upper end of the outer bottle ( 3 ) is further provided with external threads, and an upper cover ( 1 ) is screwed on the external threads through internal threads to enclose the upper end of the outer bottle ( 3 ).

The paste bottle with the multistage ejection mechanism according to claim 1 , wherein any one or more of the middle stud ( 51 ), the intermediate screw sleeve ( 52 ) and the outer screw sleeve ( 53 ) can be provided with a stop ring at a top thereof, the stop ring being not provided with threads.
8 . The paste bottle with the multistage ejection mechanism according to claim 1 , wherein a part where the upper end of the outer bottle is opened is with a downward depression which facilitates disposing and removing of the inner bottle.
9 . The paste bottle with the multistage ejection mechanism according to claim 1 , wherein there are a plurality of intermediate screw sleeves ( 52 ), the plurality of intermediate screw sleeves being screwed with each other.
10 . The paste bottle with the multistage ejection mechanism according to claim 9 , wherein an annular gasket is provided at a bottom of the outer screw sleeve, the gasket being provided corresponding to the middle stud and an intermediate screw sleeve screwed with the middle stud.
11 . The paste bottle with the multistage ejection mechanism according to claim 2 , wherein a blocking bar is provided at a corner of the L-shaped groove, and a height is lower than a groove depth of the L-shaped groove.
12 . The paste bottle with the multistage ejection mechanism according to claim 1 , wherein a snap ring is provided between the outer bottle and the rotary seat, and the snap ring is detachably connected with the outer bottle, or with the rotary seat, or with both.
13 . The paste bottle with the multistage ejection mechanism according to claim 12 , wherein the snap ring is provided with an L-shaped groove, and a lower end of the outer bottle is provided with a clamping block which can be clamped into the L-shaped groove.
14 . A paste bottle with a multistage ejection mechanism, comprising
an outer bottle ( 3 ), an upper and a lower end of which are opened, the upper end of the outer bottle ( 3 ) extending inward and radially to form a flange ( 38 ), the lower end of the outer bottle ( 3 ) being connected with a rotary seat ( 6 ) which can rotate circumferentially, and an inner wall surface of the rotary seat ( 6 ) being provided with a plurality of ribs ( 61 ) which are distributed circumferentially; a replaceable inner bottle ( 4 ) comprising an inner bottle body ( 41 ) and a paste seat ( 42 ) slidably disposed in the inner bottle body ( 41 ), a rotation-limiting hole ( 421 ) being provided on the paste seat ( 42 ), and an upper end of the inner bottle body ( 41 ) being limited by the flange and forming an accommodating area with the outer bottle ( 3 ); and a multistage ejection mechanism ( 5 ) arranged in the accommodating area and comprising a middle stud ( 51 ), an intermediate screw sleeve ( 52 ) and an outer screw sleeve ( 53 ) which are screwed from inside to outside in sequence, an upper end of the middle stud ( 51 ) being provided with an integral insertion part ( 511 ) that matches and inserts into the rotation-limiting hole ( 421 ), and a plurality of grooves ( 531 ) being uniformly machined on an outer circumferential surface of the outer screw sleeve ( 53 ), and the plurality of grooves ( 531 ) corresponding to the ribs ( 61 ) one by one.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
