Modular Building Panel Device
Abstract
A modular building panel device is provided. The device is comprised of a plurality of panels, which may include but are not limited to wall panels, corner wall panels, floor panels, ceiling panels, and roof panels. Specific dimensions of one panel may correspond in specific ratios to specific dimensions of another panel, allowing the panels to be easily used to form a structure in a modular fashion that is more efficient. In addition, the dimension ratios of the panels allow the panels to be modular. Further, the dimensions of the panels allow the panels to be easily transported due to stackability and arrangement.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A modular building panel device comprising:
a first panel comprised of a first width and a first height; and a second panel comprised of a second width equal to the first width and a second height two times greater than the first width.
2 . The modular building panel device of claim 1 , wherein the first panel is comprised of a wall panel.
3 . The modular building panel device of claim 1 further comprised of a corner wall panel.
4 . The modular building panel device of claim 3 , wherein the corner wall panel is comprised of a third width equal to half the first width.
5 . The modular building panel device of claim 1 , wherein the first panel is comprised of a top plate.
6 . The modular building panel device of claim 1 , wherein the first panel is comprised of a bottom plate.
7 . The modular building panel device of claim 1 , wherein the second panel is comprised of a joist.
8 . The modular building panel device of claim 1 , wherein the second panel is comprised of a fascia channel.
9 . A modular building panel device comprising:
a roof panel comprised of: a first roof component comprised of a first height and a first length; a second roof component comprised of a second height equal to the first height, a third height, and a second length half as long as the first length; and a third roof component comprised of a fourth height equal to the difference between the third height minus the second height, and a third length equal to the second length.
10 . The modular building panel device of claim 9 , wherein the first roof component is comprised of a half-gable truss.
11 . The modular building panel device of claim 9 , wherein the second roof component is comprised of a half-step-up truss.
12 . The modular building panel device of claim 9 , wherein the third roof component is comprised of a box truss.
13 . A method of using a modular building panel device, the method comprising the following steps:
providing a modular building panel device comprised of a floor panel comprised of a floor panel width and a floor panel length, a ceiling panel comprised of a ceiling panel width and a ceiling panel length, a wall panel comprised of a wall panel width and a wall panel height, a corner wall panel comprised of a corner wall panel width and a corner wall panel height, and a roof panel comprised of a first roof component comprised of a first roof component length and a first roof component height, a second roof component comprised of a second roof component length and a first-second roof component height and a second-second roof component height, and a third roof component comprised of a third roof component length and a third roof component height; attaching the wall panel to the floor panel; attaching the corner wall panel to the wall panel; attaching the ceiling panel to the corner wall panel and the wall panel; and attaching the roof panel to the ceiling panel.
14 . The method of using a modular building panel device of claim 13 , wherein the floor panel width and the ceiling panel width are equal to the wall panel width.
15 . The method of using a modular building panel device of claim 13 , wherein the floor panel length and the ceiling panel length are double the wall panel width.
16 . The method of using a modular building panel device of claim 13 , wherein the corner wall panel width is half of the wall panel width in any direction.
17 . The method of using a modular building panel device of claim 13 , wherein the first roof component length is equal to double the wall panel width and the first roof component is comprised of a half gable truss.
18 . The method of using a modular building panel device of claim 13 , wherein the second roof component length and the third roof component length are equal to the wall panel width and the second roof component is comprised of a step-up truss.
19 . The method of using a modular building panel device of claim 13 , wherein the third roof component is comprised of a box truss and the third roof component length is equal to the wall panel width.
20 . The method of using a modular building panel device of claim 13 , wherein the third roof component height is the difference between the first-second roof panel height and the second-second roof panel height.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
