Abstract
A sealing cover assembly for airtight container, having a first connecting component provided with a projected portion, a second connecting component provided with a through opening, and a sealing ring provided with a sealing ring body in a closed loop form. The projected portion is removably inserted into the through opening. A position limiting ring is provided on a side wall of the projected portion or the through opening. When the first connecting component closes against the second connecting component, the side wall of the projected portion is in contact with the sealing ring body and presses against the sealing ring body so that the sealing ring body is tightly fitted between the side walls of the projected portion and the through opening.

A sealing cover assembly for airtight container, comprising a first connecting component configured to be connected to an upper part of a container, a second connecting component configured to be connected to a lower part of the container, and a sealing ring; the second connecting component is provided with a through opening configured to be in communication with a storage space of the container; a surface of the first connecting component facing towards the second connecting component is provided with a projected portion; the projected portion is removably inserted into the through opening; a first annular position limiting ring is provided around an outer side wall of the projected portion, or a second annular position limiting ring is provided around an inner side wall of the through opening; the sealing ring comprises a sealing ring body in form of a closed loop; a side surface of the sealing ring body facing towards the first annular position limiting ring or the second annular position limiting ring is recessed circumferentially around a perimeter of the side surface of the sealing ring body to form a position limiting groove; an opening of the position limiting groove is annularly provided with a first flange and a second flange protruding towards each other; the first flange and the second flange narrows the opening of the position limiting groove and encloses the first annular position limiting ring or the second annular position limiting ring disposed inside the position limiting groove; when the first connecting component closes against the second connecting component, the sealing ring body is compressed by the outer side wall of the projected portion and the inner side wall of the through opening, so that the sealing ring body is tightly fitted between the outer side wall of the projected portion and the inner side wall of the through opening.

The sealing cover assembly of claim 1 , wherein a side surface of the sealing ring body opposite to said side surface of the sealing ring body facing towards the first annular position limiting ring or the second position limiting ring is protruded circumferentially to form at least one annular rib.
3 . The sealing cover assembly of claim 2 , wherein each of said at least one annular rib is an arc-shaped rib.
4 . The sealing cover assembly of claim 3 , wherein said at least one annular rib comprises two annular ribs one above another and parallel to each other.

The sealing cover assembly of claim 1 , wherein when the second annular position limiting ring is provided, at least one second annular rib is protruded from a surface independent of the sealing ring body where said surface independent of the sealing ring body faces towards a side surface of the sealing ring body which is opposite to said side surface of the sealing ring body facing towards the second annular position limiting ring; or, when the first annular position limiting ring is provided, at least one third annular rib is protruded from a surface independent of the sealing ring body where said surface independent of the sealing ring body faces towards a side surface of the sealing ring body which is opposite to said side surface of the sealing ring body facing towards the first annular position limiting ring; said surface independent of the sealing ring body is the outer side wall of the projected portion when said at least one second annular rib is provided, or said surface independent of the sealing ring body is the inner side wall of the through opening when said at least one third annular rib is provided.
6 . The sealing cover assembly of claim 1 , wherein oppositely facing surfaces of the first flange and the second flange are chamfered respectively to form a first chamfered corner and a second chamfered corner respectively.

The sealing cover assembly of claim 1 , wherein upper and lower edges of a side surface of the sealing ring body opposite to said side surface of the sealing ring body facing towards the first annular position limiting ring or the second annular position limiting ring are chamfered respectively to form a third chamfered corner and a fourth chamfered corner respectively.

The sealing cover assembly of claim 1 , wherein a rear side of the first connecting component and a rear side of the second connecting component are hinged; a locking mechanism is provided between a front side of the first connecting component and a front side of the second connecting component.
9 . The sealing cover assembly of claim 8 , wherein the locking mechanism comprises a buckle provided at the front side of the first connecting component, and a buckling groove provided at the front side of the second connecting component.
10 . The sealing cover assembly of claim 8 , wherein the rear side of the first connecting component is provided with rotation shafts; the rear side of the second connecting component is provided with shaft grooves; the rotation shafts are rotationally mounted to the shaft grooves.
11 . The sealing cover assembly of claim 1 , wherein a plurality of magnets are provided on oppositely facing surfaces of the first connecting component and the second connecting component.
12 . The sealing cover assembly of claim 1 , wherein when the second annular position limiting ring is disposed around the inner side wall of the through opening, the position limiting groove is disposed around an outer circumferential surface of the sealing ring; the second annular position limiting ring comprises a connecting rib annularly provided and connected to the inner side wall of the through opening, and two extension parts provided perpendicularly to the connecting rib and extend towards opposite directions with respect to each other.

The sealing cover assembly of claim 1 , wherein when the first annular position limiting ring is disposed around the outer side wall of the projected portion, the first position limiting groove is disposed around an inner circumferential surface of the sealing ring; the annular position limiting ring comprises a connecting rib annularly provided and connected to the outer side wall of the projected portion, and two extension parts provided perpendicularly to the connecting rib and extend towards opposite directions with respect to each other.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
