Abstract

A carrying support assembly for facilitating a user to carry an object without injuring the user's lower back includes a carrying support has a first panel that is insertable between a waist line of a user's pants and the user's torso. The carrying support has a second panel that is oriented at an angle with respect to the first panel such that the second panel defines a carrying surface upon which an object can be positioned when the object is being carried by the user. The first panel retains the second panel in a horizontal orientation when the first panel is nested in the waist line of the user's pants. In this way the second panel reduces strain on the user's lower back when the user is carrying the object.

I claim:

1 . A carrying support assembly for supporting an object being carried by a user thereby reducing strain place on the user's lower back, said assembly comprising:
a carrying support having a first panel being insertable between a waist line of a user's pants and the user's torso, said carrying support having a second panel being oriented at an angle with respect to said first panel such that said second panel defines a carrying surface upon which an object can be positioned when the object is being carried by the user, said first panel retaining said second panel in a horizontal orientation when said first panel is nested in the waist line of the user's pants wherein said second panel is configured to reduce strain on the user's lower back when the user is carrying the object.

2 . The assembly according to claim 1 , wherein said second panel has a rear threshold and a top surface, said first panel extending downwardly from said second panel, said first panel being aligned with said rear threshold of said second panel, said first panel lying on a plane being perpendicularly oriented with a plane upon which said second panel lies such that said top surface of said second panel defines said carrying surface when said first panel is nested in the waist line of the user's pants, said second panel having a length being greater than a length of said first panel.

3 . The assembly according to claim 2 , wherein said second panel extends forwardly away from the waist line of the user's pants when said first panel is nested in the waist line wherein said second panel is configured to facilitate the object to be carried in front of the user.

4 . The assembly according to claim 2 , wherein said carrying support has a third panel extending downwardly from a lower surface of said second panel, said third panel being spaced from said first panel to define a waist line space between said first panel and said third panel such that said waist line space receives the waist line of the user's pants having said third panel extending downwardly along a front of the user's pants when said first panel is nested in the waist line.

5 . The assembly according to claim 4 , wherein said third panel is oriented to line on a plane being oriented parallel to said first panel.

6 . The assembly according to claim 4 , wherein said third panel has a length being less than said length of said first panel.

7 . A carrying support assembly for supporting an object being carried by a user thereby reducing strain place on the user's lower back, said assembly comprising:
a carrying support having a first panel being insertable between a waist line of a user's pants and the user's torso, said carrying support having a second panel being oriented at an angle with respect to said first panel such that said second panel defines a carrying surface upon which an object can be positioned when the object is being carried by the user, said first panel retaining said second panel in a horizontal orientation when said first panel is nested in the waist line of the user's pants wherein said second panel is configured to reduce strain on the user's lower back when the user is carrying the object, said second panel having a rear threshold and a top surface, said first panel extending downwardly from said second panel, said first panel being aligned with said rear threshold of said second panel, said first panel lying on a plane being perpendicularly oriented with a plane upon which said second panel lies such that said top surface of said second panel defines said carrying surface when said first panel is nested in the waist line of the user's pants, said second panel extending forwardly away from the waist line of the user's pants when said first panel is nested in the waist line wherein said second panel is configured to facilitate the object to be carried in front of the user, said second panel having a length being greater than a length of said first panel, said carrying support having a third panel extending downwardly from a lower surface of said second panel, said third panel being spaced from said first panel to define a waist line space between said first panel and said third panel such that said waist line space receives the waist line of the user's pants having said third panel extending downwardly along a front of the user's pants when said first panel is nested in the waist line, said third panel being oriented to line on a plane being oriented parallel to said first panel, said third panel having a length being less than said length of said first panel.

8 . A method of reducing strain on a user's lower back while carrying an object, the steps of the method comprising:
providing a carrying support which has a first panel being perpendicularly oriented with a second panel and a third panel extending downwardly from said second panel and being oriented parallel with said third panel; inserting said first panel between a waist line of a user's pants and the user's torso such that said second panel is retained on a horizontal plane; and positioning an object on said second panel such that said first panel is restrained between the waist line and the user's torso such that said second panel is inhibited from deflecting from said horizontal plane thereby facilitating the user to carry to object without placing strain on the user's lower back.
