Multipurpose Golf Equipment Holder Device

Abstract

The present invention relates to a multipurpose golf equipment device for storing golf equipment and a golf club while golfing. A first end of the body is comprised of at least one cutout that receives a shaft of a golf club when the device is free-standing and is supported by a clip in a kickstand-like manner. When not in the free-standing configuration, the device can be clipped to a golf bag via the clip wherein a headcover can be stored on the first end. The fastener may also allow a user to secure a golf glove to the device.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A multipurpose golf equipment holder device comprising:
 a body comprised of a first end having a cutout;   a fastener; and   a clip that attaches to a rear surface of the body via a hinge point.   
     
     
         2 . The multipurpose golf equipment holder device of  claim 1 , wherein the fastener is comprised of a hook fastener. 
     
     
         3 . The multipurpose golf equipment holder device of  claim 1 , wherein the fastener is comprised of a loop fastener. 
     
     
         4 . The multipurpose golf equipment holder device of  claim 1 , wherein the cutout is comprised of a semi-circular shape. 
     
     
         5 . The multipurpose golf equipment holder device of  claim 1 , wherein the hinge point is comprised of a locking hinge. 
     
     
         6 . A multipurpose golf equipment holder device comprising:
 a body comprised of a first end having a cutout;   a fastener;   a pocket; and   a clip that attaches to a rear surface of the body via a hinge point.   
     
     
         7 . The multipurpose golf equipment holder device of  claim 6 , wherein the fastener is comprised of a magnet. 
     
     
         8 . The multipurpose golf equipment holder device of  claim 6 , wherein the cutout is comprised of a lining. 
     
     
         9 . The multipurpose golf equipment holder device of  claim 8 , wherein the lining is comprised of a padding. 
     
     
         10 . A multipurpose golf equipment holder device comprising:
 a body comprised of a cutout and a foot;   a fastener;   a pocket; and   a clip that attaches to a rear surface of the body via a hinge point.   
     
     
         11 . The multipurpose golf equipment holder device of  claim 10 , wherein the body is comprised of a magnetic material. 
     
     
         12 . The multipurpose golf equipment holder device of  claim 10 , wherein the body is comprised of a dimpled texture. 
     
     
         13 . The multipurpose golf equipment holder device of  claim 10  further comprised of an indicia. 
     
     
         14 . The multipurpose golf equipment holder device of  claim 10 , wherein a first bottom edge of the clip is comprised of a first jagged edge. 
     
     
         15 . The multipurpose golf equipment holder device of  claim 10 , wherein a second bottom edge of a second end of the body is comprised of a second jagged edge. 
     
     
         16 . The multipurpose golf equipment holder device of  claim 10 , wherein the body is comprised of a rectangular shape. 
     
     
         17 . The multipurpose golf equipment holder device of  claim 10 , wherein clip articulates between 0 and 180 degrees via the hinge point. 
     
     
         18 . The multipurpose golf equipment holder device of  claim 17 , wherein the hinge point is comprised of a locking hinge point. 
     
     
         19 . The multipurpose golf equipment holder device of  claim 10 , wherein the hinge point is comprised of a spring-loaded hinge. 
     
     
         20 . The multipurpose golf equipment holder device of  claim 10 , wherein the body is comprised of a plastic material.
