PE-Polyethylene Shoe Cover and Method of Process

Abstract

A shoe cover includes a shoe cover upper and a shoe cover sole formed by a fabric, a shoe cover opening is formed at a top of the shoe cover upper, the shoe cover opening is engaged with an elastic cord, the shoe cover sole includes a center line L, the shoe cover include two elastic cords engaged in the shoe cover sole to create a folding shape and a wrinkle area and to increase a slip resistance, and the two elastic cords are engaged and located at two sides of the center line L.

I claim: 
     
         1 . A method for forming a shoe cover, said shoe cover including a shoe cover upper and a shoe cover sole, a shoe cover opening formed at a top of the shoe cover upper and provided with an endless elastic cable, comprising:
 preparing a roll of a fabric having a center line L,   providing first and second elastic cords at a middle portion of the fabric which is corresponding to the shoe cover sole,   providing third and fourth elastic cords at two side portions of the fabric, corresponding to the shoe cover opening of the shoe cover upper,   folding the flat sheet in half right in the middle portion of said fabric, dividing from the center line L of the fabric,   securing four-edge corner of the shoe cover, including the front upper edge corner, the rear upper edge corner, the front lower edge corner, and the rear lower edge corner, securing said third and fourth elastic cords at two side portions of the fabric to form the endless elastic cable, and   adhering a front edge and a rear edge of the shoe cover.   
     
     
         2 . The method as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said fabric is formed by a sheet of polyethylene material. 
     
     
         3 . The method as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said first and second elastic cords are engaged and located at a first and a second sides of the center line L.
