Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A floral product, referred to as Carbon Fleur, comprising:
a flower formed entirely from meticulously woven and molded strands of forged carbon fiber; said flower demonstrating enduring qualities, customizable features, and a contemporary aesthetic; wherein the forged carbon fiber material provides strength and durability, thereby transcending the limitations associated with conventional floral arrangements.

2 . The floral product of claim 1 , wherein the customizable features include variations in color, size, and overall arrangement, allowing consumers to tailor the aesthetic presentation of the everlasting rose according to specific preferences.

3 . The floral product of claim 1 , wherein the woven and molded strands of forged carbon fiber are further textured to authentically mimic the softness and intricacy found in real rose petals.

4 . The floral product of claim 1 , wherein the forged carbon fiber material's inherent strength and resilience render the rose impervious to external factors such as wilting, temperature variations, and moisture.

5 . A method for manufacturing everlasting roses from forged carbon fiber, comprising the steps of:
selecting high-quality forged carbon fiber material known for its strength, durability, and lightweight properties; planning the design by meticulously considering the size, shape, and texture of each rose petal, utilizing advanced computer-aided design (CAD) software for precise digital modeling; weaving and molding thin strands of the selected forged carbon fiber material to create a strong and resilient structure, forming the individual petals of the everlasting rose; adding texture to each petal to replicate the softness and delicacy of natural rose petals, incorporating additional molding or surface treatments as required; assembling the individually crafted carbon fiber petals to form a complete everlasting rose, ensuring precise positioning to recreate the natural arrangement of rose petals; allowing for customization during the assembly process, varying color, size, and overall arrangement according to specific consumer preferences; implementing rigorous quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process to verify structural integrity, visual appeal, and overall quality of each rose; completing the finished Carbon Fleur roses with additional touches such as polishing or coating to achieve a refined and luxurious appearance.

6 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the step of adding texture to each petal involves intricate detailing to emulate the softness and delicacy found in natural rose petals, thereby enhancing the lifelike appearance of the everlasting roses.

7 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the step of customization during the assembly process includes varying the color, size, and overall arrangement of the forged carbon fiber petals, providing flexibility for creating unique and personalized floral pieces.

8 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the quality control measures in the manufacturing process include inspections to ensure the structural integrity, visual appeal, and overall quality of each rose, addressing any imperfections to maintain a high standard of Carbon Fleur roses.

9 . A system for crafting floral products, comprising:
A first mold structure designed to form the stem and leaves of the floral product, wherein said mold allows the pouring of a material, specifically forged carbon fiber, to shape and create the foundational structure of the stem and leaves; a second mold intended for crafting the sepal part of the floral product, the mold being configured to receive the pouring of forged carbon fiber material, enabling the formation of intricate details for the sepal, the protective outer layer of the flower bud; creating a flower bud part with petals using forged carbon fiber material to shape and define the individual petals, capturing the delicate and lifelike features of natural rose petals; an assembly stage for integrating the individually crafted carbon fiber flower bud, sepal, stem, and leaves, facilitating the formation of the complete flower such as rose.
