Drinkware Cover Device

Abstract

The present invention relates to a drinkware cover device that can be applied to drinkware to prevents and/or absorbs condensation. The device is primarily comprised of a body with a front surface, a rear surface, and at least one indicia. The front surface and the rear surface are each comprised of at least one fastener that allows the body to be secured around a piece of drinkware. The body is preferably made from an insulating material that keeps liquid within the drinkware cold and also prevents or absorbs from forming.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A drinkware cover device comprising:
 a body;   a front surface;   a first fastener positioned on the front surface;   a rear surface;   a second fastener positioned on the rear surface; and   an indicia.   
     
     
         2 . The drinkware cover device of  claim 1 , wherein the indicia is comprised of a pattern, a logo, an emblem, an image, a symbol, a design, a letter, a word, a character, an animal, an advertisement, or a brand. 
     
     
         3 . The drinkware cover device of  claim 1 , wherein the body is comprised of a rectangular shape. 
     
     
         4 . The drinkware cover device of  claim 1 , wherein the body is comprised of a flexible plastic material. 
     
     
         5 . The drinkware cover device of  claim 1 , wherein the body is comprised of a polyurethane, neoprene, or a synthetic material. 
     
     
         6 . A drinkware cover device comprising:
 a body;   a first opening;   a second opening;   a first tail;   a second tail; and   an indicia.   
     
     
         7 . The drinkware cover device of  claim 6 , wherein the body is comprised of a fabric material. 
     
     
         8 . The drinkware cover device of  claim 7 , wherein the fabric material is comprised of a flexible fabric material or an elastic fabric material. 
     
     
         9 . A drinkware cover device comprising:
 a body;   a front surface having a first fastener;   a rear surface having a second fastener;   an indicia; and   a grip area.   
     
     
         10 . The drinkware cover device of  claim 9 , wherein the grip area is positioned on the front surface. 
     
     
         11 . The drinkware cover device of  claim 10 , wherein the grip area is comprised of a recessed texture. 
     
     
         12 . The drinkware cover device of  claim 10 , wherein the grip area is comprised of a raised texture. 
     
     
         13 . The drinkware cover device of  claim 10 , wherein the grip area is comprised of non-slip material. 
     
     
         14 . The drinkware cover device of  claim 9 , wherein the body is comprised of an insulating material. 
     
     
         15 . The drinkware cover device of  claim 9 , wherein the first fastener is comprised of a hook fastener, a loop fastener, a snap-button fastener, a magnet fastener, a zipper fastener, or a tied fastener. 
     
     
         16 . The drinkware cover device of  claim 9 , wherein the second fastener is comprised of a hook fastener, a loop fastener, a snap-button fastener, a magnet fastener, a zipper fastener, or a tied fastener. 
     
     
         17 . The drinkware cover device of  claim 9 , wherein the rear surface is comprised of a non-slip material. 
     
     
         18 . The drinkware cover device of  claim 17 , wherein the non-slip material is comprised of a textured material. 
     
     
         19 . The drinkware cover device of  claim 17 , wherein the non-slip material is comprised of a waterproof material. 
     
     
         20 . The drinkware cover device of  claim 9 , wherein front surface is comprised of a fabric material.
