E-Cigarettes, E-Cigars, Vape-Device Public Safety and Protection Mechanisms
Abstract
The present invention applies to vape type devices also known as e-cigarettes and e-cigars. To expand the capabilities of Vape type devices, added here is programmable multi mixable flavors and wide temperature controls per flavor, programmable flavor sequencing as well as a self-cleaning capability. A “green” feature includes vaping by way of non combustion techniques. “Green” in context means non carcinogenic. The continued expansion of settings where it will be acceptable to allow the use of Vape type devices is represented by the exhalation filtration feature, which is offered with a wider bore than the intake bore to permit a more comfortable exhalation. The novelties of more than one flavor and temperature controls are included in this invention. In order to avoid having to carry two devices, a Vape device and a filtration type device, the two are merged into one convenient device for portability, the larger exterior bore device to further act as a stand reducing table top foot print use and provision of the addition of some electronic features included for locating the device, theft avoidance and to electronically certify the user has diligently utilized the filter in public or regulated spaces. The added novelties increase the versatility of the device and satisfaction of the user, providing more than one flavor in a single draw and the opportunity to deliver a “cool vape” experience. With these increased functions, the use of the device for medicinal purposes and homeopathic purposes increases in potential. With the advent of mixing flavors and use for drug delivery or homeopathic product delivery, the output filter is important in order to allow one to use the device as a personal comfort, while not detracting from anyone else, even in extreme close proximity.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A system for vaping comprising: a vaporizer, an inbound filter, an outbound filter, pathways connecting a distal end of the device with an exhaust of the device, controllable valves for switching the pathways, wireless communications modules, wired communications modules, a display, a touch display, a touch display with biometric sensing, an external device pairing module, a self locator module, a shared locator module, a processor, programming, a memory, biometric sensors, flow sensors and substance sensors.
2 . The system of claim 1 further comprising processor controlled response to sensing, switching pathways and interconnections to route inhaled vapor.
3 . The system of claim 1 further comprising processor control for switching and routing through pathway interconnections, one or more substances to a user, in tandem or in a timed sequence, wherein concentrations of the one or more substances are controlled.
4 . The system of claim 1 further comprising an exhale filter, switched in automatically under processor control, responding to sensing data, wherein exhalation of a user's inhaled substances is automatically switched and routed through the exhale filter.
5 . The system of claim 1 automatically reporting by way of user settings and public policy mandates comprising communications modules: any and all detectible activity of a user of the device including use of an exhalation filter in regulated areas, any pairing of devices with other of the user's devices, providing the known location of any or all of these devices at the moment of the detectible activity.
6 . A method applicable to vaping comprising coordinating the use of components in a vape device, further comprising the steps of: Vaporizing, filtering vapor through an inbound filter, filtering vapor through an outbound filter, switching pathways to connect a distal end of device with an exhaust of the device, pathway switching, communicating using wireless communications capabilities, communicating using wired communications capabilities, a display displaying information, external device pairing capability, a self-locator for locating the device, a shared locator for sharing device location, a processor for processing data, programming capability allowing programs which can write programs and process them, a memory for storing data, biometric sensors for biometric sensing, flow sensors sensing flow and substance sensors sensing substance content.
7 . The method of claim 6 further comprising the step: routing, by way of sensing, switching and pathway interconnection, inhaled vapor, measurably dispensing the vapor substances to the user.
8 . The method of claim 6 further comprising the step: providing one or more substances automatically to the user, in tandem or in a timed sequence.
9 . The method of claim 6 further comprising the step: automatically switching and routing, when a user exhales inhaled substances, exhausting vapor through an exhale filter disposed within the device, the exhale filter switching in automatically under processor control utilizing data from the sensing controls.
10 . The method of claim 6 further comprising the step: automatically reporting by way of user settings and public policy mandates, any and all detectible activity of the user of the device including but not limited to identity of the user, inhaling, inhaled content and volume, exhausting the inhale, exhausted content and volume, the use of the exhale filter in regulated areas, any pairing optionally or mandatorily with other of the user's devices, providing the known location of any or all of these devices associating with a given event.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
