Hand Gripper
Abstract
A hand gripper, including a first handle and a second handle; the first handle and the second handle are in rotary connection and are able to perform opening and closing movements relative to each other; the second handle includes a rotating piece and a handle piece; the rotating piece is in a rotary connection with the first handle; the handle piece is disposed opposite to the first handle, and is movably connected to the rotating piece; therefore, a distance between the handle piece and the first handle, namely a grip distance, can be adjusted according to the size of a user's palm, thus being accommodative to the training needs of different users.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A hand gripper, comprising a first handle and a second handle; the first handle and the second handle are in rotary connection and are capable of opening and closing relative to each other; wherein the second handle comprises a rotating piece and a handle piece; the rotating piece is in a rotary connection with the first handle; the handle piece is disposed opposite to the first handle, and is movably connected to the rotating piece.
2 . The hand gripper of claim 1 , wherein the handle piece is movably connected to the rotating piece via a first bolt and nut assembly.
3 . The hand gripper of claim 2 , wherein the rotating piece is provided with a first sliding groove extending along a moving direction of the handle piece; a first sliding block is slidably arranged inside the first sliding groove; the handle piece is fixedly connected to the first sliding block; the first bolt and nut assembly comprises a first screw bolt rotably connected to the rotating piece, and a first screw hole formed on the first sliding block and in threaded connection with the first screw bolt.
4 . The hand gripper of claim 3 , wherein an end of the first screw bolt is provided with a first rotation-supporting part; a first supporting hole allowing the first rotation-supporting part to rotate inside the first rotation-supporting part is provided inside the rotating piece.
5 . The hand gripper of claim 4 , wherein a first annular limit groove is formed on a part of the first screw bolt proximal to the first rotation-supporting part; the rotating piece is provided with a first limit pin corresponding to a position of the first annular limit groove.
6 . The hand gripper of claim 4 , wherein another end of the first screw bolt is provided with a first operating knob exposed outside the rotating piece.
7 . The hand gripper of claim 1 , wherein an elastic piece is provided between the first handle and the second handle to bias the second handle away from the first handle.
8 . The hand gripper of claim 7 , wherein the first handle is provided with a connecting portion extending towards a direction away from a connected part of the first handle and the rotating piece; the elastic piece is a spring connected to the connecting portion and the rotating piece.
9 . The hand gripper of claim 8 , wherein a second sliding block is movably provided inside the rotating piece; the spring is fixedly connected to the second sliding block; the second sliding block is movably provided inside the rotating piece through a second bolt and nut assembly.
10 . The hand gripper of claim 9 , wherein the rotating piece is provided with a second sliding groove extending along a moving direction of the second sliding block; the second bolt and nut assembly comprises a second screw bolt rotably connected to the rotating piece, and a second screw hole formed on the second sliding block and in threaded connection with the second screw bolt; an end of the second screw bolt is provided with a second rotation-supporting part; a second supporting hole allowing the second rotation-supporting part to rotate inside the second support hole is provided inside the rotating piece; a second annular limit groove is formed on a part of the second screw bolt proximal to the second rotation-supporting part; the rotating piece is provided with a second limit pin corresponding to a position of the second annular limit groove.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
