Abstract

The present invention is an exercise system including a bed, a plurality of horizontal members positioned about a perimeter of said bed, vertical members each having a support foot contacting a floor, said vertical members being constructed and arranged to support said horizontal members and one or more brackets having a hook formed in the system.

What is claimed: 
     
         1 . An exercise system, said system comprising:
 a bed;   a plurality of horizontal members positioned about a perimeter of said bed;   vertical members each having a support foot contacting a floor, said vertical members being constructed and arranged to support said horizontal members;   one or more brackets having a hook formed therewith, said one or more brackets associated with said horizontal members.   
     
     
         2 . The system of  claim 1  wherein said one or more brackets is constructed and arranged to connect and lock into position utilizing a socket formed on said horizontal member. 
     
     
         3 . The system of  claim 1  wherein said system supports up to a total 1000 pounds of combined free weights and exercise equipment. 
     
     
         4 . The system of  claim 1  further including a video monitor.
