The application relates to a cushioning and ventilation shoe sole and a shoe comprising it, the cushioning and ventilation shoe sole comprises an outsole and a midsole adhered on the outsole in a shape coupled way, there are outsole grooves in the outsole middle region, a bottom surface of the outsole grooves is lower than the lower surface of the outsole edge region and protrudes downward, a top of the outsole groove is higher than an upper surface of the outsole edge region, an upper surface of the midsole is provided with a midsole ventilation slots, the described midsole ventilation slots are provided with an air vent connected to the outsole groove.

A cushioning and ventilation shoe sole, comprising an outsole and a midsole adhered on the outsole in a shape coupled way, characterized in that, the outsole has an outsole middle region and an outsole edge region, wherein the outsole middle region is provided with one or more outsole grooves, the outsole edge region has a width of 10 mm to 20 mm, and a bottom surface of the outsole grooves protrudes downwards below a lower surface of the outsole edge region, a top of the outsole grooves is higher than an upper surface of the outsole edge region, and an upper surface of the midsole is provided with midsole ventilation slots, the midsole ventilation slots are provided with an air vent connected to the outsole grooves.
2 . The cushioning and ventilation shoe sole according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the upper surface of the outsole edge region is in a curved surface shape, and the width of the outsole edge region is 12 mm to 18 mm.

The cushioning and ventilation shoe sole according to claim 1 , characterized in that, an inner bottom of the outsole grooves is provided with a plurality of shock absorbing plates, which are inclined in a same direction, and an upper edge of the shock absorbing plate is lower than a top of the outsole groove.
4 . The cushioning and ventilation shoe sole according to claim 3 , characterized in that, the shock absorbing plates have a thickness of 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm, with a tilt angle of 35° to 45°, and a spacing between adjacent shock absorbing plates is 2.5 mm to 4 mm.
5 . The cushioning and ventilation shoe sole according to claim 3 , characterized in that, the thickness of the shock absorbing plates is 1.2 mm to 1.5 mm, the tilt angle is 45° to 55°, and the spacing between adjacent shock absorbing plates is 1.5 mm to 3.5 mm.

The cushioning and ventilation shoe sole according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the bottom of the outsole grooves is provided with shock absorbing pillars, and an upper end of the shock absorbing pillars has an outer diameter smaller than that of a lower end of the shock absorbing pillars.
7 . The cushioning and ventilation shoe sole according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the outsole grooves are in shape of rectangular, diamond, round, or elliptical.
8 . The cushioning and ventilation shoe sole according to claim 1 , characterized in that, a material of the outsole is rubber.
9 . The cushioning and ventilation shoe sole according to claim 1 , characterized in that, a material of the midsole is EVA.
10 . The cushioning and ventilation shoe sole according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the midsole ventilation slots are interconnected and spread throughout a foot tread region of the midsole.
