Portable and reusable smoking pipe
Abstract
A smoking device that is portable and reusable. The smoking device implements a swivel cover that allows the cover to rotate 180 degrees, such that when the device is in the smoking configuration the smoking bowl is open where smoking material can be placed inside the bowl for smoking. By rotating the top portion by 180 degrees, the smoking pipe is in a closed configuration, such that the top portion fully covers the bowl and extinguishes the smoking material. Further, when the device is in the configuration where the bowl is closed, the device can be neatly stored and transported without emitting unpleasant odors and expelling the smoking content therein.

2 . The bottom portion of the smoking device of claim 1 , further comprising a second channel connecting and extending from the opening of the bottom portion that runs perpendicular to the channel connecting the opening of the bottom portion with the back end of the bottom portion.
3 . The smoking device of claim 1 , where the top portion, bottom portion and the bowl are made of stainless steel.
4 . The smoking device of claim 1 , where the channel is lined with aluminum.
5 . The smoking device of claim 4 , where the channel is threaded.
6 . The smoking device of claim 1 , where the top portion and the bottom portion attach to one another using a plurality of magnets that allows for the rotation of the top portion in relation to the bottom portion.
7 . The smoking device of claim 1 , where the bowl features a plurality of openings at the bottom of the bowl and where smoking material is placed and ignited for smoking.
8 . The smoking device of claim 1 , where the opening of the top portion and the opening of the bottom portion are the same diameter.
9 . The smoking device of claim 1 , where the opening of the top portion and the opening of the bottom portion are aligned, and smoking material is placed inside the bowl and ignited for smoking.
10 . The smoking device of claim 1 , where the opening of the top portion and the opening of the bottom portion are aligned opposite one another, where bottom end of the top portion abuts the front end of the top portion and is in a closed configuration.
11 . The smoking device of claim 1 , where the opening of the bottom portion does not fully extend through the bottom portion.
12 . A method of smoking using a device comprising,
a top portion with a front end that has at least one opening and a back end; a bottom portion with a front end that has at least one opening, and a back end; the bottom portion having at least one channel connecting and extending from the opening of the bottom portion to the back end of the bottom portion; a second channel connecting and extending from the opening of the bottom portion to the outside that runs perpendicular to the channel connecting the opening of the bottom portion with the back end of the bottom portion; a bowl that is placed inside the opening of the bottom portion and secured in place with the top portion; at a plurality of magnets that attach the top portion and the bottom portion together and allows for the top portion to be rotated in relation to the bottom portion; aligning the opening of the top portion with the opening of the bottom portion; placing smoking material inside the bowl, igniting the smoking material and inhaling the smoke from the back end of the bottom portion.
13 . The method of smoking of claim 12 , further comprising using the smoker's finger to control air flow from the second channel to control the concentration of the smoke.
14 . The method of smoking of claim 12 , further comprising the rotation of the top portion such that the front end of the top portion abuts with the back end of the bottom portion covering the opening of the bottom portion and extinguishing and encapsulating the smoking material.
15 . The method of smoking of claim 14 , where the top portion of the smoking device is rotated 180 degrees such that the opening of the top portion and the opening of the bottom portion are aligned, and the smoking material is ignited for smoking.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
