Toilet Paper Holder Device

Abstract

The present invention relates to a toilet paper holder device that positions a toilet paper roll in an ergonomic and accessible position. In a first embodiment, the device is comprised of a central arm that can rotate 360 degrees around a rotation point. In a second embodiment, the device is comprised of a telescopic central arm that can be retracted into a housing when not in use. In a third embodiment, the device is comprised of a cabinet drawer comprised of at least one recessed area to receive a toilet paper roll holder.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A toilet paper holder device comprising:
 a rotation point;   a central arm; and   a side member having a recessed area.   
     
     
         2 . The toilet paper holder device of  claim 1 , wherein the central arm can rotate 360 degrees around the rotation point. 
     
     
         3 . The toilet paper holder device of  claim 1 , wherein the rotation point is comprised of a fastener. 
     
     
         4 . The toilet paper holder device of  claim 1 , wherein the side member is attached to the central arm. 
     
     
         5 . The toilet paper holder device of  claim 4 , wherein the side member is perpendicular to the central arm. 
     
     
         6 . The toilet paper holder device of  claim 1  further comprising an indicia in the form of a color or a pattern. 
     
     
         7 . The toilet paper holder device of  claim 1  further comprising a spring-loaded toilet paper roll holder. 
     
     
         8 . A toilet paper holder device comprising:
 a housing;   a central arm; and   a side member having a recessed area.   
     
     
         9 . The toilet paper holder device of  claim 8 , wherein the central arm retracts into the housing. 
     
     
         10 . The toilet paper holder device of  claim 8 , wherein the central arm extends from the housing. 
     
     
         11 . The toilet paper holder device of  claim 8 , wherein the housing is comprised of a fastener. 
     
     
         12 . The toilet paper holder device of  claim 8 , wherein the side member is attached to the central arm. 
     
     
         13 . The toilet paper holder device of  claim 12 , wherein the side member is perpendicular to the central arm. 
     
     
         14 . The toilet paper holder device of  claim 8  further comprising a spring-loaded toilet paper roll holder. 
     
     
         15 . A toilet paper holder device comprising:
 a cabinet drawer comprised of a side wall, a cabinet face and a perpendicular cabinet wall;   a first recessed area; and   a second recessed area.   
     
     
         16 . The toilet paper holder device of  claim 15 , wherein the perpendicular cabinet wall is perpendicular to the side wall. 
     
     
         17 . The toilet paper holder device of  claim 15 , wherein the first recessed area is positioned on the perpendicular cabinet wall. 
     
     
         18 . The toilet paper holder device of  claim 15 , wherein the second recessed area is positioned on a rear surface of the cabinet face. 
     
     
         19 . The toilet paper holder device of  claim 15  further comprising a toilet paper roll holder. 
     
     
         20 . The toilet paper holder device of  claim 19 , wherein the toilet paper roll holder is a spring-loaded toilet paper roll holder.
