Odor Reduction Assembly
Abstract
An odor reduction assembly includes a plurality of couplers that is each attachable to a toilet seat. A spray hose is attachable to the plurality of couplers thereby retaining the spray hose on the toilet seat. The spray hose has a plurality of spraying elements each is integrated into the spray hose. A reservoir is provided that contains a fluid and a pump is in fluid communication between the reservoir and the spray hose. The pump urges the fluid outwardly from the reservoir and into the spray hose when the pump is turned on such that the spray hose sprays the fluid outwardly through the plurality of spraying elements and into the toilet when the toilet seat is in the lowered position. In this way the pump inhibit odors associated with defecating into the toilet from rising outwardly from the toilet.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedI claim:

a plurality of couplers, each of said couplers being attachable to a toilet seat; a spray hose being attachable to said plurality of couplers thereby retaining said spray hose on the toilet seat, said spray hose having a plurality of spraying elements each being integrated into said spray hose such that each of said spraying elements is directed into the toilet when the toilet seat is in a lowered position; a reservoir containing a fluid; and a pump being in fluid communication between said reservoir and said spray hose, said pump urging the fluid outwardly from said reservoir and into said spray hose when said pump is turned on such that said spray hose sprays the fluid outwardly through said plurality of spraying elements and into the toilet when the toilet seat is in the lowered position wherein said pump is configured to inhibit odors associated with defecating into the toilet from rising outwardly from the toilet thereby enhancing the odor of a bathroom in which the toilet is positioned.
2 . The assembly according to claim 1 , wherein each of said couplers comprises:
a cup being comprised of a deformable material thereby facilitating said cup to be compressed against a lower surface of the toilet seat such that said cup suctionally engages the lower surface of the toilet seat; and a clip being curved between a first end and a second end of said clip such that said clip defines a C-shape, said clip being coupled to a top side of said cup having each of said first end and said second end being directed away from said top side of said cup.
3 . The assembly according to claim 2 , wherein:
each of said spraying elements extends through an outer wall of said spray hose such that said plurality of spraying elements is in fluid communication with an interior of said spray hose, said spraying elements being spaced apart from each other and being distributed from a free end of said spray hose toward a coupled end of said spray hose; said spray hose being positionable in each of said clips such that said plurality of clips conforms to curvature of said outer wall of said spray hose, each of said spraying elements having a hole extending into a distal surface of said spraying elements with respect to said outer wall of said spray hose; and said spray hose being positionable in said clips such that said hole in each of said spraying elements is directed into the toilet when the toilet seat is in the lowered position.
4 . The assembly according to claim 2 , wherein:
said reservoir has an outlet thereby facilitating the fluid to pass outwardly through said outlet, said reservoir having a fill port being integrated into said reservoir thereby facilitating said reservoir to be filled with the fluid, said reservoir being positionable on a support surface adjacent to the toilet; and said pump has an input and an output, said pump including an input hose being fluidly coupled to said input, said input hose being fluidly coupled to said outlet on said reservoir thereby facilitating said pump to urge the fluid into said input and outwardly through said output when said pump is turned on, said coupled end of said spray hose being fluidly coupled to said output thereby facilitating said pump to urge the fluid into said spray hose.
5 . The assembly according to claim 1 , further comprising a power supply being electrically coupled to said pump, said power supply including a first power cord being electrically coupled to said pump and a transformer being electrically coupled to said first power cord and a second power cord being electrically coupled to said transformer, said second power cord having a distal end with said transformer, said distal end having a male plug being electrically coupled to said distal end, said male plug being pluggable into a power source comprising a female electrical outlet.
6 . An odor reduction assembly for reducing odors associated with defecating in a toilet, said assembly comprising:
a plurality of couplers, each of said couplers being attachable to a toilet seat, each of said couplers comprising:
a cup being comprised of a deformable material thereby facilitating said cup to be compressed against a lower surface of the toilet seat such that said cup suctionally engages the lower surface of the toilet seat; and
a clip being curved between a first end and a second end of said clip such that said clip defines a C-shape, said clip being coupled to a top side of said cup having each of said first end and said second end being directed away from said top side of said cup;
a spray hose being attachable to said plurality of couplers thereby retaining said spray hose on the toilet seat, said spray hose having a plurality of spraying elements each being integrated into said spray hose such that each of said spraying elements is directed into the toilet when the toilet seat is in a lowered position, each of said spraying elements extending through an outer wall of said spray hose such that said plurality of spraying elements is in fluid communication with an interior of said spray hose, said spraying elements being spaced apart from each other and being distributed from a free end of said spray hose toward a coupled end of said spray hose, said spray hose being positionable in each of said clips such that said plurality of clips conforms to curvature of said outer wall of said spray hose, each of said spraying elements having a hole extending into a distal surface of said spraying elements with respect to said outer wall of said spray hose, said spray hose being positionable in said clips such that said hole in each of said spraying elements is directed into the toilet when the toilet seat is in the lowered position; a reservoir containing a fluid, said reservoir having an outlet thereby facilitating the fluid to pass outwardly through said outlet, said reservoir having a fill port being integrated into said reservoir thereby facilitating said reservoir to be filled with the fluid, said reservoir being positionable on a support surface adjacent to the toilet; a pump being in fluid communication between said reservoir and said spray hose, said pump urging the fluid outwardly from said reservoir and into said spray hose when said pump is turned on such that said spray hose sprays the fluid outwardly through said plurality of spraying elements and into the toilet when the toilet seat is in the lowered position wherein said pump is configured to inhibit odors associated with defecating into the toilet from rising outwardly from the toilet thereby enhancing the odor of a bathroom in which the toilet is positioned, said pump having an input and an output, said pump including an input hose being fluidly coupled to said input, said input hose being fluidly coupled to said outlet on said reservoir thereby facilitating said pump to urge the fluid into said input and outwardly through said output when said pump is turned on, said coupled end of said spray hose being fluidly coupled to said output thereby facilitating said pump to urge the fluid into said spray hose; and a power supply being electrically coupled to said pump, said power supply including a first power cord being electrically coupled to said pump and a transformer being electrically coupled to said first power cord and a second power cord being electrically coupled to said transformer, said second power cord having a distal end with said transformer, said distal end having a male plug being electrically coupled to said distal end, said male plug being pluggable into a power source comprising a female electrical outlet.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
