Concentric chamber lid

Abstract

An apparatus may comprise a lid, a first passage, a second passage, and a diverter. The lid may comprise a first passage configured to align above a first chamber of a vessel. The lid may comprise a second passage configured to align above a second chamber of the vessel. The second chamber may be substantially concentric to the first chamber. The diverter may be movable between at least a first position and a second position. The first position may align at least one opening with the first passage. The second position may align the at least one opening with the second passage.

1 . An apparatus comprising:
 a) a lid comprising:
 i) a first passage configured to align above a first chamber of a vessel; and 
 ii) a second passage configured to align above a second chamber of the vessel, the second chamber being substantially concentric to the first chamber; and 
   b) a diverter movable between at least:
 i) a first position that aligns at least one opening with the first passage; and 
 ii) a second position that aligns the at least one opening with the second passage. 
   
     
     
         2 . The apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the diverter comprises a closed position that aligns the at least one opening with neither the first passage nor the second passage. 
     
     
         3 . The apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the diverter comprises a spout. 
     
     
         4 . The apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the vessel comprises struts configured to be attached to the first chamber. 
     
     
         5 . The apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the lid further comprises a connector configured to fasten the lid to the vessel. 
     
     
         6 . The apparatus according to  claim 1 , further comprising at least one seal configured to separate the first chamber from the second chamber. 
     
     
         7 . The apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the vessel comprises a handle. 
     
     
         8 . The apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the at least one opening comprises a closing mechanism. 
     
     
         9 . The apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the diverter comprises a closing mechanism configured to seal the at least one opening. 
     
     
         10 . The apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the diverter is configured to connect to the lid at a pivot point. 
     
     
         11 . The apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the lid comprises:
 a) an outer lid portion; and   b) an inner lid portion.   
     
     
         12 . The apparatus according to  claim 11 , wherein the inner lid portion is configured to face the vessel. 
     
     
         13 . The apparatus according to  claim 12 , wherein the outer lid portion is configured to face away from the vessel. 
     
     
         14 . The apparatus according to  claim 13 , wherein the diverter is substantially located between the outer lid face and the inner lid face. 
     
     
         15 . The apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the first chamber comprises an insulating material. 
     
     
         16 . The apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the second chamber comprises a non-insulating material. 
     
     
         17 . The apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the lid is configured to connect to the vessel. 
     
     
         18 . The apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the diverter comprises a pathway configured to connect:
 a) the at least one opening; and   b) one of the first passage and the second passage.   
     
     
         19 . The apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the first chamber is configured to hold a first substance. 
     
     
         20 . The apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the second chamber is configured to hold a second substance.
