Abstract

Present embodiments relate to apparatuses and methods for resolving bodily pain and more specifically pain related to muscular and/or skeletal problems including joint pain, back pain, knee pain, and so on caused from inadequate support of a person's muscular and/or skeletal systems, and/or mechanical imbalances throughout the spine, pelvis and/or feet.

1 . An arch support apparatus for a footwear, comprising:
 a base layer and a top layer;   a fill area between the base layer and the top layer;   wherein the fill area is configured to be pliable when the arch support apparatus is applied to the footwear, and the fill area becomes firmer over time when a pressure is applied by a foot of a wearer.   
     
     
         2 . The arch support apparatus of  claim 1  wherein the fill area comprising:
 a fill material and a curing agent material, and wherein the fill material is mixed with the curing agent material when the pressure is applied by the foot of the wearer to cause the increased firmness of the fill area over time. 
 
     
     
         3 . The arch support apparatus of  claim 1  wherein the fill area comprising:
 a fill material and a curing agent material, and wherein the fill material is mixed with the curing agent material by hand pressure prior to applying the arch support apparatus to the footwear. 
 
     
     
         4 . The arch support apparatus of claim  24  wherein the fill area comprising:
 a fully mixed fill material and a curing agent material wherein the fill area is configured to receive an impression of a wearer's foot arch caused by a wearer's foot being pressed against the arch support when the arch support apparatus is applied to the footwear. 
 
     
     
         5 . The arch support apparatus of  claim 1  wherein the fill area comprising:
 a fill material and a curing agent material, and wherein the curing agent material is released from a curing agent container when a pressure is applied to the curing agent container. 
 
     
     
         6 . The arch support apparatus of  claim 1  wherein the base layer or the top layer is pliable. 
     
     
         7 . The arch support apparatus of  claim 1  wherein at least one foam layer is bonded to a fill area layer and bonded to the top layer. 
     
     
         8 . The arch support apparatus of claim  23  wherein at least one foam layer is bonded to a fill area layer and bonded to the base layer. 
     
     
         9 . The arch support apparatus of  claim 7  wherein the at least one foam layer is compressed to form an impression of the foot of the wearer around the fill area layer when a pressure is applied by the foot of the wearer. 
     
     
         10 . The arch support apparatus of  claim 8  wherein the at least one foam layer is compressed to form an impression of the foot of the wearer around the fill area layer when a pressure is applied by the foot of the wearer. 
     
     
         11 . A method of manufacturing an arch support apparatus for insertion into a footwear or onto a sandal, comprising:
 providing a base layer and a top layer;   joining a fill area between the base layer and the top layer;   wherein the fill area comprising a fill material and a curing agent material, and the fill material is configured to mix with the curing agent material when a pressure is applied by a foot of a wearer.   
     
     
         12 . A method of manufacturing an arch support apparatus for insertion into a footwear or onto a sandal, comprising:
 providing a bottom foam layer and a top foam layer;   joining a fill area between the base foam layer and the top foam layer;   wherein the fill area comprising a fill material and a curing agent material, and the fill material is configured to mix with the curing agent material when a pressure is applied by a foot of a wearer.   
     
     
         13 . The arch support apparatus of  claim 7  wherein another compression foam layer is added between the base layer and the fill area. 
     
     
         14 . The arch support apparatus of  claim 8  wherein a compression foam layer is added between a top layer and the fill area. 
     
     
         15 . A footwear comprising:
 an arch support apparatus comprising:
 a base layer and a top layer; 
 a fill area between the base layer and the top layer; 
 wherein the fill area is configured to be pliable initially, and the fill area becomes firmer over time when a pressure is applied by a foot of a wearer. 
   
     
     
         16 . The footwear of  claim 15  wherein the fill area comprising:
 a fill material and a curing agent material, and wherein the fill material is mixed with the curing agent material when the pressure is applied by the foot of the wearer to cause the increased firmness of the fill area over time. 
 
     
     
         17 . The footwear of  claim 15  wherein the fill area comprising:
 a fill material and a curing agent material, and wherein the fill material is mixed with the curing agent material by hand pressure prior to applying the arch support apparatus to the footwear. 
 
     
     
         18 . The footwear of claim  154 - 7  wherein the fill area comprising:
 a fully mixed fill material and a curing agent material wherein the fill area is configured to receive an impression of a wearer's foot arch caused by a wearer's foot being pressed against the arch support when the arch support apparatus is applied to the footwear. 
 
     
     
         19 . The footwear of  claim 15  wherein the fill area comprising:
 a fill material and a curing agent material, and wherein the curing agent material is released from a curing agent container when a pressure is applied to the curing agent container.
