Abstract
A pre-assembled climbing scaffold that allows executing building construction works with activities related to formwork and concrete placement. The scaffold includes a movement system with cart ( 70 ) presenting vertical aligners ( 71 ) connected with horizontal aligners ( 81 ) ( 82 ) located across a gang panel ( 80 ), which has an upper guardrail system ( 90 ); in front of the gang panel ( 80 ) it presents a vertical guardrail ( 10 ) connected to a frame ( 30 ), where the frame supports a work platform ( 20 ) in a horizontal position.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A pre-assembled climbing scaffold, comprising:
vertical aligners connected to a first horizontal aligner and a second horizontal aligner located behind a gang panel, having an upper guardrail system; and a vertical guardrail connected to a lower frame; where the lower frame supports a work platform in a horizontal position.
2 . The pre-assembled climbing scaffold, according to claim 1 , further comprising a movement system with cart, which comprises vertical poles, a first guardrail, and a second guardrail located on a horizontal support.
3 . The pre-assembled climbing scaffold according to claim 1 , wherein the vertical aligners position the first horizontal aligner or the second horizontal aligner through a double channel prop adjusted by a threaded flange and a double channel alignment device.
4 . The pre-assembled climbing scaffold according to claim 3 , wherein the upper guardrail system is supported in the gang panel by a horizontal aligner perpendicular to the vertical aligners through the double channel prop, anchored by a diagonal tensor moved by a cart through the lower frame.
5 . The pre-assembled climbing scaffold according to claim 2 , wherein a superior part of the gang panel the vertical poles connect with the horizontal support for positioning of the first guardrail and the second guardrail.
6 . The pre-assembled climbing scaffold according to claim 1 , further comprising a fast-connecting bracket joined to the lower frame each one in a vertical support, where the fast-connecting bracket is composed of a pivoting safety flap supported to a base having a lifting plate.
7 . The pre-assembled climbing scaffold according to claim 2 , wherein the vertical aligners are connected through a double channel prop, attached by a diagonal tensor moved by the movement system with cart through the lower frame.
8 . The pre-assembled climbing scaffold according to claim 1 , further comprising a front lifting plate and a rear lifting plate which have holes used to hold the pre-assembled climbing scaffold.
9 . The pre-assembled climbing scaffold according to claim 1 , further comprising a mooring device composed of threaded bolts, nuts, and double pipe joint.
10 . The pre-assembled climbing scaffold according to claim 1 , wherein an extensor bracket holding a safety net is connected to a lower part of the lower frame.
11 . A pre-assembled climbing scaffolding method comprising:
providing the pre-assembled climbing scaffold of claim 1 ; providing a crane or forklift; placing the pre-assembled climbing scaffold in a building using the crane or forklift; and connecting the pre-assembled climbing scaffold to a wall (M) by using mooring devices and adjusting through a double pipe joint and threaded flange.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
