Abstract

A yoga block assembly includes a plurality of blocks that each has a plurality of engagements and a plurality of receivers. A selected number of the blocks is stackable on each other has the engagements on a respective block releasably engaging a respective one of the receivers on a respective block for releasably attaching the selected number of blocks together. In this way the selected number of blocks can support a user while the user is performing yoga poses. Each of the blocks has a strategic height such that the plurality of blocks can be stacked in a variety of numbers for adjusting the height of the blocks to accommodate the user while the user is performing yoga poses. In this way the plurality of blocks accommodates the range of motion and flexibility of a wide variety of users.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
I claim:

1 . A yoga block assembly for assisting a user with performing various yoga poses, said assembly comprising:
a plurality of blocks, each of said blocks having a plurality of engagements and a plurality of receivers, a selected number of said blocks being stackable on each other having said engagements on a respective block releasably engaging a respective one of said receivers on a respective block for releasably attaching said selected number of blocks together wherein said selected number of blocks is configured to support a user while the user is performing yoga poses, each of said blocks having a strategic height such that said plurality of blocks can be stacked in a variety of numbers for adjusting the height of said blocks to accommodate the user while the user is performing yoga poses wherein said plurality of blocks is configured to accommodate the range of motion and flexibility of a wide variety of users.

2 . The assembly according to claim 1 , wherein:
each of said blocks has a top surface and a bottom surface; each of said engagements has a first end, a second end and an outer surface extending between said first end and said second end, each of said engagements being elongated between said first end and said second end, a bottom side of said outer surface of each of said engagements being attached to said top surface of a respective one of said blocks, each of said engagements on said respective block being spaced apart from each other, each of said engagements on said respective block being oriented to extend substantially between a front side and a back side of said respective block.

3 . The assembly according to claim 2 , wherein each of said blocks has a pair of wells each extending from said bottom surface of said block toward said top surface of said block such that each of said wells in each of said blocks defines said receivers, each of said wells in a respective block being aligned with a respective one of said engagements on said respective block.

4 . The assembly according to claim 3 , wherein each of wells has a bounding surface, said bounding surface having a plurality of intersecting sides such that each of said wells has a rectilinear shape, each of said wells in a respective one of said blocks insertably receiving a respective one of said engagements on a respective one of said blocks for stacking said respective blocks on each other.

5 . The assembly according to claim 1 , wherein:
each of said blocks has a top surface and a bottom surface; each of said engagements has a first end, a second end and an outer surface extending between said first end and said second end, each of said engagements being elongated between said first end and said second end, a bottom side of said outer surface of each of said engagements being attached to said top surface of a respective one of said blocks, each of said engagements on said respective block being spaced apart from each other, each of said engagements on said respective block being oriented to extend substantially between a front side and a back side of said respective block; each of said blocks has a pair of wells each extending from said bottom surface of said block toward said top surface of said block such that each of said wells in each of said blocks defines said receivers, each of said wells in a respective block being aligned with a respective one of said engagements on said respective block, each of wells has a bounding surface, said bounding surface having a plurality of intersecting sides such that each of said wells has a rectilinear shape, each of said wells in a respective one of said blocks insertably receiving a respective one of said engagements on a respective one of said blocks for stacking said respective blocks on each other; and said outer surface of each of said engagements on said respective block conforming to said bounding surface of said respective well thereby securing said respective blocks to each other.

6 . A yoga block assembly for assisting a user with performing various yoga poses, said assembly comprising:
a plurality of blocks, each of said blocks having a plurality of engagements and a plurality of receivers, a selected number of said blocks being stackable on each other having said engagements on a respective block releasably engaging a respective one of said receivers on a respective block for releasably attaching said selected number of blocks together wherein said selected number of blocks is configured to support a user while the user is performing yoga poses, each of said blocks having a strategic height such that said plurality of blocks can be stacked in a variety of numbers for adjusting the height of said blocks to accommodate the user while the user is performing yoga poses wherein said plurality of blocks is configured to accommodate the range of motion and flexibility of a wide variety of users, each of said blocks having a top surface and a bottom surface, each of said engagements having a first end, a second end and an outer surface extending between said first end and said second end, each of said engagements being elongated between said first end and said second end, a bottom side of said outer surface of each of said engagements being attached to said top surface of a respective one of said blocks, each of said engagements on said respective block being spaced apart from each other, each of said engagements on said respective block being oriented to extend substantially between a front side and a back side of said respective block, each of said blocks having a pair of wells each extending from said bottom surface of said block toward said top surface of said block such that each of said wells in each of said blocks defines said receivers, each of said wells in a respective block being aligned with a respective one of said engagements on said respective block, each of wells having a bounding surface, said bounding surface having a plurality of intersecting sides such that each of said wells has a rectilinear shape, each of said wells in a respective one of said blocks insertably receiving a respective one of said engagements on a respective one of said blocks for stacking said respective blocks on each other, said outer surface of each of said engagements on said respective block conforming to said bounding surface of said respective well thereby securing said respective blocks to each other.
