Abstract
In a refrigerator according to the present disclosure, by forming one or more protruding ribs of which at least portions extend in a horizontal direction along an outer perimeter surface of a storage part into which a roller part is inserted, it is possible to block or distribute a load acting on a drawer in a vertical direction as much as possible.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A refrigerator comprising:
a storage; and a drawer including:
one or more rollers disposed at at least one side of the drawer, the rollers being configured to enable the drawer to move relative to the storage in a first direction, and
one or more accommodation portions that at least partially receive the rollers, respectively; and
one or more protruding ribs extending along an outer perimeter surface of the storage, at least part of the protruding ribs extending parallel with the first direction.
2 . The refrigerator of claim 1 , wherein the one or more protruding ribs includes a plurality of protruding ribs, and
wherein the plurality of protruding ribs are spaced apart from each other.
3 . The refrigerator of claim 2 , wherein each of the rollers includes:
a rolling element; a roller cover configured to accommodate the rolling element and enable the rolling element to rotate; and a latch disposed at a side surface of the roller cover and protruding outwards, and wherein the storage includes a latching groove being configured to be coupled by the latch.
4 . The refrigerator of claim 3 , wherein the plurality of protruding ribs includes a first protruding rib, at least a portion of the first protruding rib extending to overlap the latching groove.
5 . The refrigerator of claim 3 , wherein the plurality of protruding ribs includes a first protruding rib, at least a portion of the first protruding rib being spaced apart from the latching groove and extending along a shape of the latching groove.
6 . The refrigerator of claim 2 , wherein each of the rollers includes:
a rolling element; a roller cover configured to accommodate the rolling element and enable the rolling element to rotate; an insertion hole disposed at a lower portion of the storage; and support parts disposed at both side surfaces of the insertion hole and disposed at a side surface of the roller cover.
7 . The refrigerator of claim 6 , wherein the plurality of protruding ribs includes a second protruding rib, at least a portion of the second protruding rib extending along the insertion hole and a shape of at least one of the support parts.
8 . The refrigerator of claim 7 , wherein at least a portion of the at least one of the support part supports the lower portion of the storage.
9 . The refrigerator of claim 7 , wherein at least a portion of the at least one of the support parts supports a lower portion of the second protruding rib.
10 . The refrigerator of claim 4 , wherein a third protruding rib is spaced apart from the first protruding rib and is disposed above the first protruding rib.
11 . The refrigerator of claim 1 , wherein the drawer includes:
a body portion; and a front surface portion disposed in front of the body portion, wherein the front surface portion includes a side protrusion protruding outward of a side surface of the body portion, wherein the storage includes a boundary surface defining a boundary between the side surface of the body portion and a rear surface of the side protrusion, and wherein the boundary surface includes a curved surface.
12 . The refrigerator of claim 11 , wherein a lowermost end of the boundary surface defines the boundary with the rear surface of the side protrusion and starts from an outermost surface of the side protrusion.
13 . The refrigerator of claim 11 , wherein the protruding ribs protrude outward from the storage and do not extend beyond an outermost surface of the side protrusion.
14 . A refrigerator comprising:
a storage; and a drawer including:
a roller disposed at a side of the drawer and configured to enable the drawer to horizontally move relative to the storage, and
an accommodation portion that at least partially receives the roller; and
a protruding rib extending along an outer perimeter surface of the storage and at least partially extending horizontally.
15 . The refrigerator of claim 14 , wherein the protruding rib includes a plurality of protruding ribs, and
wherein the plurality of protruding ribs are spaced apart from each other.
16 . The refrigerator of claim 15 , wherein the roller includes:
a rolling element; a roller cover configured to accommodate the rolling element and enable the rolling element to rotate; and a latch disposed at a side surface of the roller cover and protruding outwards, and wherein the storage includes a latching groove being configured to be coupled by the latch.
17 . The refrigerator of claim 16 , wherein the plurality of protruding ribs includes a first protruding rib, at least a portion of the first protruding rib extending to overlap the latching groove.
18 . The refrigerator of claim 15 , wherein the roller includes:
a rolling element; a roller cover configured to accommodate the rolling element and enable the rolling element to rotate; an insertion hole disposed at a lower portion of the storage; and a support part disposed at a side surface of the insertion hole and disposed at a side surface of the roller cover.
19 . The refrigerator of claim 18 , wherein the plurality of protruding ribs includes a second protruding rib, at least a portion of the second protruding rib extending along the insertion hole.
20 . The refrigerator of claim 19 , wherein at least a portion of the support part supports the lower portion of the storage.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
