Multifunction vacuum package machine

Abstract

The disclosure provides a multifunction vacuum package machine comprising a base and a top lid hingedly connected with each other. The top surface of the base defines a lower chamber, and the bottom surface of the top lid defines an upper chamber. The base is arranged with a heating system, a vacuum pump set, and a control system. The heating system includes a heater and a pressing strip. The heater is disposed on the base and placed outside the lower chamber, and the pressing strip is disposed on the top lid and placed outside the upper chamber. The vacuum pump set is in communication with the lower chamber via the suction opening provided on the wall of the lower chamber. The control system serves to control the heater and the vacuum pump set to perform heat-sealing and suction operations.

1 . A multifunction vacuum package machine, comprising:
 a package machine body, provided with a vacuum chamber for accommodating a vacuum package;   a heating system, disposed on the package machine body and outside the vacuum chamber, the heating system being disposed at a position close to an edge of the vacuum chamber;   a vacuum pump set, disposed on the package machine body and in communication with the vacuum chamber, and   a control system, disposed on the package machine body and electrically connected with the heating system and the vacuum pump set.

The multifunction vacuum package machine according to  claim 1 , wherein the package machine body comprises a base and a top lid which are hingedly connected with each other, a top surface of the base defines a lower chamber concave downward, the top lid is used for opening and closing the lower chamber, a bottom surface of the top lid defines an upper chamber concave upward, and the upper chamber and the lower chamber constitute the vacuum chamber when the lower chamber is closed by the top lid. 
     
     
         3 . The multifunction vacuum package machine according to  claim 2 , wherein the heating system comprises a heater disposed at top of the base and a pressing strip disposed at bottom of the top lid, and the pressing strip is matched with the heater. 
     
     
         4 . The multifunction vacuum package machine according to  claim 3 , wherein a lifting member for lifting the heater is disposed in the base and located below the heater. 
     
     
         5 . The multifunction vacuum package machine according to  claim 3 , wherein a clamp is arranged on a top surface of the base, and the clamp and the heater are disposed at a same side of the base. 
     
     
         6 . The multifunction vacuum package machine according to  claim 3 , wherein the base and the top lid are hinged at a position on a side of the vacuum chamber distal to the heater. 
     
     
         7 . The multifunction vacuum package machine according to  claim 2 , wherein the heating system comprises a heater disposed at bottom of the top lid and a pressing strip disposed at top of the base, and the pressing strip is matched with the heater. 
     
     
         8 . The multifunction vacuum package machine according to  claim 1 , wherein a suction opening is provided on a wall of the vacuum chamber, and the vacuum pump set is in communication with the vacuum chamber via the suction opening. 
     
     
         9 . The multifunction vacuum package machine according to  claim 1 , wherein the vacuum pump set and the control system are disposed on the base and located laterally relative to the vacuum chamber. 
     
     
         10 . The multifunction vacuum package machine according to  claim 1 , wherein a wall of the vacuum chamber is formed of PP, PC, or nylon material.
