Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of sofa, and in particular to a compact sofa frame structure, including a base frame and a slidable frame. The base frame is provided with an adjusting assembly. The adjusting assembly includes a driving rod and a driven rod; in which the driving rod and the driven rod are both rotatably connected at one end thereof on the base frame and rotatably connected to the backrest at the other end thereof; a linkage rod rotatably connected on the driving rod; the frame is provided with a driving assembly configured to drive a leg rest rotatably connected on the slidable frame to rotate; the slidable frame is provided with a fixing rod configured to limit the leg rest.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A sofa frame structure, comprising a base frame, a slidable frame slidably connected on the base frame and connected to a cushion, wherein, the base frame is provided with an adjusting assembly configured to adjust an angle of a backrest, wherein the adjusting assembly comprises:
 a driving rod and a driven rod, wherein the driving rod and the driven rod are both rotatably connected at one end of the driving rod and the driven rod on the base frame and rotatably connected to the backrest at a second end of the driving rod and the driven rod; and   a linkage rod, wherein the linkage rod is rotatably connected on the driving rod and slidably connected to the slidable frame;   wherein, the base frame is provided with a driving assembly configured to drive a leg rest rotatably connected on the slidable frame to rotate, and the slidable frame is provided with a fixing rod configured to limit movement of the leg rest.   
     
     
         2 . The sofa frame structure according to  claim 1 , wherein, the slidable frame is provided with a telescoping assembly configured to drive the cushion to extend, wherein the telescoping assembly comprises:
 an extension plate, wherein the extension plate is slidably connected on the slidable frame and connected to the cushion;   a motor for telescopic movement, wherein the motor for telescopic movement is provided on the slidable frame; and   a telescoping screw rod, wherein the telescoping screw rod is rotatably connected on the slidable frame, connected to an output shaft of the motor for telescopic movement and in thread connection with the extension plate.   
     
     
         3 . The sofa frame structure according to  claim 1 , wherein, the base frame is provided with a limiting assembly, wherein the limiting assembly comprises:
 a limiting electric push rod, wherein the limiting electric push rod is provided on the slidable frame;   a limiting block, wherein the limiting block is slidably connected on the slidable frame and connected to a piston rod of the limiting electric push rod; and the limiting block is configured to abut against the leg rest to prevent a rotation of the leg rest when the leg rest retracts into a sofa by rotation, so that the driving assembly is configured to drive the slidable frame to move individually.   
     
     
         4 . The sofa frame structure according to  claim 1 , wherein, the driving assembly comprises:
 a driving plate, wherein the driving plate is provided on the leg rest; and   a driving electric push rod, wherein the driving electric push rod is rotatably connected on the base frame and rotatably connected to the driving plate.   
     
     
         5 . The sofa fame structure according to  claim 1 , wherein, the driving assembly comprises:
 a first electric push rod, wherein the first electric push rod is rotatably connected on the base frame and rotatably connected to the slidable frame; and   a second electric push rod, wherein the second electric push rod is rotatably connected on the slidable frame and rotatably connected to the leg rest.   
     
     
         6 . The sofa frame structure according to  claim 1 , wherein, the base frame is provided with a support mechanism configured to support the leg rest, wherein the leg rest is flush with an upper surface of the cushion when the leg rest is in use, and is in a vertical state when the leg rest retracts; the support mechanism comprises:
 a support plate, wherein the support plate is provided on the leg rest;   a first rotatable plate and a second rotatable plate, wherein the first rotatable plate and the second rotatable plate are both rotatably connected on the slidable frame;   a third rotatable plate, wherein the third rotatable plate is rotatably connected on the second rotatable plate and rotatably connected to the support plate;   a fourth rotatable plate, wherein the fourth rotatable plate is rotatably connected on the first rotatable plate at an end away from the slidable frame and rotatably connected to the support plate; and   a support rod, wherein the support rod is provided on the first rotatable plate, and the driving assembly is connected to the support rod.   
     
     
         7 . The sofa frame structure according to  claim 6 , wherein, the support plate is provided with an expanding plate via a connecting assembly, wherein the expanding plate is configured to be rotated to a side of the leg rest away from a sofa and cooperate with the leg rest to support a leg when the leg rest is rotated outside of the sofa for use, and the expanding plate is configured to rotate to a second side of the leg rest close to the sofa when the leg rest retracts, wherein the connecting assembly comprises:
 a first connecting plate, wherein the first connecting plate is rotatably connected on the support plate; and   a second connecting plate, wherein the second connecting plate is rotatably connected at two ends of the second connecting plate to the first connecting plate and the fourth rotatable plate, respectively.   
     
     
         8 . The sofa frame structure according to  claim 1 , wherein, the driving rod is rotatably provided with a fixing-connecting plate rotatably connected to the driven rod and configured to be fixed with the backrest. 
     
     
         9 . The sofa frame structure according to  claim 8 , wherein, the driving rod is rotatably connected to the base frame via a rotatable assembly, wherein the rotatable assembly comprises:
 a step bolt, wherein the step bolt passes through the base frame and is in thread connection with the driving rod; and   a rotary bushing, wherein the rotary bushing is in snap connection with the base frame via a snap-in groove and rotatably connected to the base frame; the step bolt passes through the rotary bushing and is in thread connection with the driving rod, so that the step bolt and the driving rod abut against the rotary bushing.   
     
     
         10 . The sofa frame structure according to  claim 8 , wherein, the fixing-connecting plate is configured to be inclined downwards at an end of the fixing-connecting plate away from the driving rod and the driven rod. 
     
     
         11 . The sofa frame structure according to  claim 1 , wherein, the slidable frame is provided with a seat spring mechanism configured to support the cushion. 
     
     
         12 . The sofa frame structure according to  claim 11 , wherein, the seat spring mechanism comprises:
 a plurality of seat spring assemblies, wherein the plurality of seat spring assemblies are provided at one end of the plurality of seat spring assemblies with a plurality of hooks configured to be hung on the slidable frame, and the plurality of seat spring assemblies are detachably connected at a second end of the plurality of seat spring assemblies to the slidable frame via a fixing assembly; and   a connecting cross plate, wherein the connecting cross plate is provided on the plurality of seat spring assemblies and configured to connect the plurality of seat spring assemblies together.   
     
     
         13 . The sofa frame structure according to  claim 12 , wherein, the fixing assembly comprises:
 a fixing plate, wherein the fixing plate is provided on the slidable frame, and each of the plurality of seat spring assemblies is placed on the fixing plate; and   an elastic pressing plate, wherein the elastic pressing plate is provided on the fixing plate and abuts against each of the plurality of seat spring assemblies for locating.   
     
     
         14 . The sofa frame structure according to  claim 12 , wherein, a first locating sleeve and a second locating sleeve made of plastic material are provided on the hook and on each of the plurality of seat spring assemblies at an end away from the hook; the first locating sleeve and the second locating sleeve abut against the slidable frame and the fixing plate, respectively; and a plurality of the first locating sleeves are fixedly connected together via a fixing cross plate. 
     
     
         15 . The sofa frame structure according to  claim 11 , wherein, the seat spring mechanism comprises a plurality of tension springs and a plurality of drag hooks provided on the plurality of the tension springs, wherein the plurality of drag hook are configured to be hung on the slidable frame for locating.
