Abstract

The present invention relates to a decorative hair accessory device for use with any size, shape, and style of hair. The device is primarily comprised of a body with at least one decorative element and at least one pin. The decorative element may be removably or fixedly attached to the body. The body is comprised of a first opening and a second opening. At least one pin can be placed through both openings and the hair of the user to secure the device to the hair of the user. The body is preferably flexible such that it can be applied around any hair type.

         1 . A decorative hair accessory device comprising:
 a body comprised of a first opening and a second opening;   a decorative element attached to the body;   a cording; and   a pin.   
     
     
         2 . The decorative hair accessory device of  claim 1 , wherein the decorative element attaches to the body via the cording. 
     
     
         3 . The decorative hair accessory device of  claim 1 , wherein the decorative element is resembles or is comprised of a pattern, a logo, an emblem, an image, a symbol, a design, a letter, a word, a character, an animal, an advertisement, or a brand. 
     
     
         4 . The decorative hair accessory device of  claim 1 , wherein the body is comprised of a flexible material. 
     
     
         5 . The decorative hair accessory device of  claim 1 , wherein the body is comprised of a suede material. 
     
     
         6 . A decorative hair accessory device comprising:
 a body comprised of a first opening and a second opening;   a decorative element attached to the body, the decorative element comprised of an opening;   a cording; and   a pin.   
     
     
         7 . The decorative hair accessory device of  claim 6 , wherein the body is comprised of a flexible, permeable material. 
     
     
         8 . The decorative hair accessory device of  claim 7 , wherein the body is comprised of a compound. 
     
     
         9 . The decorative hair accessory device of  claim 8 , wherein the compound is comprised of a hair oil or a conditioner. 
     
     
         10 . The decorative hair accessory device of  claim 6 , wherein the decorative element is comprised of a gemstone. 
     
     
         11 . A decorative hair accessory device comprising:
 a body comprised of a first opening, a second opening, and a first fastener;   a decorative element attached to the body, the decorative element comprised of a second fastener; and   a pin.   
     
     
         12 . The decorative hair accessory device of  claim 11 , wherein the second fastener is positioned on a rear surface of the decorative element. 
     
     
         13 . The decorative hair accessory device of  claim 12 , wherein the second fastener is comprised of a hook fastener, a loop fastener, a magnet fastener, an adhesive fastener, a snap button fastener, or a zipper fastener. 
     
     
         14 . The decorative hair accessory device of  claim 11 , wherein the first fastener is positioned on a top surface of the decorative element. 
     
     
         15 . The decorative hair accessory device of  claim 14 , wherein the first fastener is comprised of a hook fastener, a loop fastener, a magnet fastener, an adhesive fastener, a snap button fastener, or a zipper fastener. 
     
     
         16 . The decorative hair accessory device of  claim 11 , wherein the top surface is comprised of an indicia. 
     
     
         17 . The decorative hair accessory device of  claim 16 , wherein the indicia is comprised of a pattern, a logo, an emblem, an image, a symbol, a design, a letter, a word, a character, an animal, an advertisement, or a brand. 
     
     
         18 . The decorative hair accessory device of  claim 11 , wherein the pin is comprised of a flexible pin. 
     
     
         19 . The decorative hair accessory device of  claim 11 , wherein the body is comprised of a ventilation opening. 
     
     
         20 . The decorative hair accessory device of  claim 11 , wherein the body is comprised of a leather material.
