Hygienic brush
Abstract
A hygienic brush that is utilized to apply cosmetics or similar products to an area of skin to a user wherein the present invention includes a bristle group having bristles manufactured from medical grade silicone. The bristle group is configured to be releasably secured to a handle utilizing a suitable fastener. The bristle group is fan shaped in a preferred embodiment and the bristles comprising the bristle group are elongated in manner with a needle-like point. In an alternate embodiment of the bristle group the bristle group is comprised of a plurality of bristles having overlapping fragmented ends. The bristle group includes a mounting portion configured to releasably secure to the handle. The bristle group can further include a resilient support member embedded in an upper portion thereof for use in certain applications. The handle is manufactured from a rigid material and provided in alternate shapes and sizes.

1 . A brush configured to be utilized to apply a material to a skin of a user wherein the brush comprises:
a handle, said handle being elongated in manner, said handle having a first end and a second end, said handle being manufactured from a rigid material; a bristle assembly, said bristle assembly being secured to said second end of said handle, said bristle assembly having a mounting portion secured to said second end of said handle, said bristle assembly having a bristle group being comprised of a multitude of bristles, said multitude of bristles extending outward from said bristle assembly, said multitude of bristles having a first end and a second end, said second end of said multitude of bristles having needle shaped points; and
wherein said multitude of bristles are manufactured from medical grade silicone.
2 . The brush configured to be utilized to apply the material to the skin of the user as recited in claim 1 , wherein said bristle assembly is releasably secured to said second end of said handle.
3 . The brush configured to be utilized to apply the material to the skin of the user as recited in claim 2 , wherein said second end of said multitude of bristles further include fragmented end portions.
4 . The brush configured to be utilized to apply the material to the skin of the user as recited in claim 3 , wherein said fragmented end portions are overlapping in an assembled bristle group.
5 . The brush configured to be utilized to apply the material to the skin of the user as recited in claim 4 , wherein said bristle group further includes an upper portion, said upper portion being proximate a second end of the mounting portion, said upper portion further having a resilient support member embedded therein.
6 . The brush configured to be utilized to apply the material to the skin of the user as recited in claim 5 , wherein a first end of the mounting portion is releasably secured to the second end of said handle.
