Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A weighted garment, comprising:
a garment having at least one cavity; at least one weighted element disposed within the at least one cavity.

2 . The weighted garment of claim 1 , wherein the garment is discreetly worn under a second garment to increase caloric burn.

3 . The weighted garment of claim 1 , wherein a total weight of the garment is about 5-pounds.

4 . The weighted garment of claim 1 , wherein the garment includes a plurality of cavities to permit the selective positioning of at least one weighted element into one or more of the plurality of cavities.

5 . The weighted garment of claim 1 , wherein the weighted element is ⅛-inch ball bearings wrapped in silicone.

6 . The weighted garment of claim 5 , wherein the weighted ball bearings wrapped in silicone are distributed among the cavities on the garment as desired by the user.

7 . The weighted garment of claim 1 , wherein the garment is a shirt, tank top, or other suitable top.

8 . A method of manufacturing a weighted garment, comprising:
a garment having at least one cavity; at least one weighted element disposed within at least one cavity.

9 . The method of manufacturing the weighted garment of claim 8 , wherein the garment is discretely worn under a second garment to increase caloric burn.

10 . The method of manufacturing the weighted garment of claim 8 , wherein a total weight of the garment is about 5-pounds.

11 . The method of manufacturing the weighted garment of claim 8 , wherein the garment includes a plurality of cavities to permit the selective positioning of at least one weighted element into one or more of the plurality of cavities.

12 . The method of manufacturing the weighted garment of claim 8 , wherein the weighted element is ⅛-inch ball bearings wrapped in silicone.

13 . The method of manufacturing the weighted garment of claim 8 , wherein the weighted ball bearings wrapped in silicone are distributed among the cavities on the garment as desired by the user.

14 . The method of manufacturing the weighted garment of claim 8 , wherein the garment is a shirt, tank top, or other suitable top.
