Compression Garment Weighting System

Abstract

A compression garment for exercise is provided which will compressibly fit the body of the user. The compression garment includes one or both of a sleeved shirt and pants. Weights are positioned in areas of the shirt and pants to increase the amount of exercise of the user when moving while wearing the garment. The weights may be permanently engaged or may be removably engaged to be replaceable with weights or more or less weight.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A compression garment apparatus comprising:
 a compression garment, said compression garment including one or both of pants and a shirt;   said pants positionable to an as-used position thereof covering the legs and lower torso of a body of a user in a compressed contact therewith;   said shirt positionable to an as-used position thereof covering an upper torso and arms of the body of said user in a compressed contact therewith;   said shirt having shoulder weights positioned thereon in respective areas thereof wherein one each of said shoulder weights is positioned atop a respective shoulder area of said body of said user with said shirt in said as-used position;   said pants having two leg portions thereof which engage around the legs of said user; and   said pants having thigh weights thereon, one each of said thigh weights respectively positioned upon a respective thigh area of said two leg portions, wherein one each of said thigh weights is positioned adjacent a respective thigh of a leg of said user with said pants in said as-used position.   
     
     
         2 . The compression garment apparatus of  claim 1 , additionally comprising:
 arm weights positioned upon sleeves of said shirt, said arm weights located upon said sleeves to positions which will be adjacent a forearm of said user with said shirt in said as-used position.   
     
     
         3 . The compression garment apparatus of  claim 1 , additionally comprising:
 said pants having calf weights thereon, one each of said calf weights respectively positioned upon a respective calf area of said two leg portions, wherein one each of said calf weights is positioned adjacent a respective calf of a leg of said user with said pants in said as-used position.   
     
     
         4 . The compression garment apparatus of  claim 2 , additionally comprising:
 said pants having calf weights thereon, one each of said calf weights respectively positioned upon a respective calf area of said two leg portions, wherein one each of said calf weights is positioned adjacent a respective calf of a leg of said user with said pants in said as-used position.   
     
     
         5 . The compression garment apparatus of  claim 1 , additionally comprising:
 weight mounts engaged to said shoulder areas of said shirt;   and said shoulder weights removably engaged to said weight mounts.   
     
     
         6 . The compression garment apparatus of  claim 1 , additionally comprising:
 weight mounts engaged to said thigh area of said two leg portions; and   said thigh weights removably engageable to said weight mounts.   
     
     
         7 . The compression garment apparatus of  claim 5 , additionally comprising:
 secondary weight mounts engaged to said thigh area of said two leg portions; and   said thigh weights removably engageable to said secondary weight mounts.   
     
     
         8 . The compression garment apparatus of  claim 1 , additionally comprising:
 said shoulder weights being flexible; and   said thigh weights being flexible.   
     
     
         9 . The compression garment apparatus of  claim 7 , additionally comprising:
 said shoulder weights being flexible; and   said thigh weights being flexible.   
     
     
         10 . The compression garment apparatus of  claim 8 , additionally comprising:
 said shoulder weights and said thigh weights both formed of a solid solution of a polymeric material having a plurality of weight components suspended therein.   
     
     
         11 . The compression garment apparatus of  claim 9 , additionally comprising:
 said shoulder weights and said thigh weights both formed of a solid solution of a polymeric material having a plurality of weight components suspended therein.   
     
     
         12 . The compression garment apparatus of  claim 5 , additionally comprising:
 said weight mounts being pockets sized for engagement of said shoulder weights therein.   
     
     
         13 . The compression garment apparatus of  claim 6 , additionally comprising:
 said weight mounts being pockets sized for engagement of said thigh weights therein.   
     
     
         14 . The compression garment apparatus of  claim 7 , additionally comprising:
 said weight mounts being pockets sized for engagement of said shoulder weights therein; and   said secondary weight mounts being secondary pockets sized for engagement of said thigh weights therein.   
     
     
         15 . The compression garment apparatus of  claim 5 , additionally comprising:
 said shoulder weights being chooseable from a kit having a plurality of shoulder weights, wherein each of said plurality has a different weight.   
     
     
         16 . The compression garment apparatus of  claim 6 , additionally comprising:
 said thigh weights being chooseable from a kit having a plurality of thigh weights, wherein each of said plurality has a different weight.
