Abstract

A headband with an accessory formed by folding a fabric in half bringing, a first end of the fabric and a second end of the fabric together to form a joined end, opposite of a creased end, gathering the joined end to resemble an accordion and forming a gathered end, affixing the first end of the fabric and the second end of the fabric together, tying a string around the gathered end, positioning the fabric on a flat surface with the gathered end in a middle, and affixing an accessory to the gathered end.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A method for forming a headband with an accessory comprising:
 folding a fabric in half bringing, a first end of the fabric and a second end of the fabric together to form a joined end, opposite of a creased end;   gathering the joined end to resemble an accordion and forming a gathered end;   affixing the first end of the fabric and the second end of the fabric together;   tying a string around the gathered end;   positioning the fabric on a flat surface with the gathered end in a middle; and   affixing an accessory to the gathered end.   
     
     
         2 . The method of  claim 1 , further comprising trimming excess fabric around the gathered end before affixing an accessory. 
     
     
         3 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the first end and the second end are affixed together by sewing. 
     
     
         4 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the first end and the second end are affixed together by an adhesive. 
     
     
         5 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the accessory is attached to the gathered end by sewing. 
     
     
         6 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the accessory is attached to the gathered end by an adhesive. 
     
     
         7 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the accessory is a knot. 
     
     
         8 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the accessory is a bow. 
     
     
         9 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the accessory is a decoration. 
     
     
         10 . The headband formed by the method of  claim 1 , wherein the headband is worn by a user.
