Hair Curler

Abstract

The present invention discloses a hair curler. The hair curler includes a handle, a connecting base and a hair curling rod. The handle includes a housing, an electric control device and a driving motor. The driving motor is electrically connected to the electric control device. The housing has an open end. The connecting base is rotatably mounted in the housing and connected to the driving motor, and the connecting base has a connecting end protruding from the open end. The hair curling rod includes a heating rod and a fixing base connected to one end of the heating rod. The fixing base is removably connected to the connecting end. The technical solution of the present invention can facilitate the replacement of heating rod by a user.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A hair curler, characterized in that, the hair curler comprises:
 a handle, comprising a housing, an electric control device and a driving motor, the driving motor electrically connected to the electric control device, and the housing having an open end;   a connecting base, rotatably mounted in the housing and connected to the driving motor, the connecting base having a connecting end, and the connecting end protruding from the open end; and   a hair curling rod, comprising a heating rod and a fixing base connected to one end of the heating rod, the fixing base removably connected to the connecting base.   
     
     
         2 . The hair curler according to  claim 1 , characterized in that, the connecting end is provided with a snap structure, and the fixing base is snapped and fixed with the connecting base through the snap structure.

The hair curler according to  claim 1 , characterized in that, the connecting base has a connecting shaft extending toward the driving motor, the outside of the connecting shaft is sleeved with an insulated mounting structure, the insulated mounting structure is connected to an output shaft of the driving motor, the peripheral side of the insulated mounting structure is provided with multiple mounting ring grooves, the multiple mounting ring grooves are arranged at intervals in the axial direction of the connecting shaft, the fixing base is provided with a first wiring component, the electronic control device comprises a circuit board, a second wiring component, multiple conductive rings and multiple conductive elements, the circuit board is fixed in the housing, each of the conductive rings is correspondingly mounted in one of the mounting ring grooves and electrically connected to the second wiring component, the multiple conductive elements are all mounted on the circuit board, and each of the conductive elements abuts against the outer side of one of the conductive rings correspondingly.

The hair curler according to  claim 2 , characterized in that, the snap structure comprises an ring-shaped shell, at least one snap member and at least one press member, the ring-shaped shell is sleeved at the end of the connecting base protruding from the housing, the ring-shaped shell and the connecting base are enclosed to form a mounting chamber therebetween, the ring-shaped shell is provided with a clearance hole communicating with the mounting chamber, the snap member is movably mounted in the mounting chamber, the press member abuts against the side of the snap member facing away from the connecting base and is exposed to the outside through the clearance hole, the connecting base is provided with a plug chamber and a clearance opening communicating the plug chamber and the mounting chamber, the snap member has a snap end, the snap end protrudes into the plug chamber through the clearance opening, the fixing base has a plug portion plug-fitted with the plug chamber and a buckle portion located on the outer peripheral side of the plug portion, and when the plug portion is plugged into the plug chamber, the buckle portion is located in the plug chamber and is snapped with the snap end of the snap member. 
     
     
         5 . The hair curler according to  claim 3 , characterized in that, the snap structure further comprises an elastic member, and the elastic member abuts compressively between the snap member and the press member.

The hair curler according to  claim 3 , characterized in that, the snap member further has a rotating end, the rotating end is opposite to the snap end, the rotating end is rotatively mounted in the mounting chamber, the press member abuts between the rotating end and the snap end.

The hair curler according to  claim 5 , characterized in that, a rotating shaft is disposed in the mounting chamber, the rotating end is provided with a rotating groove, both ends of the rotating groove are disposed in the axial direction of the rotating shaft in such a way that the rotating shaft passes through the rotating groove, the rotating end is rotatably mounted on the rotating shaft through the rotating groove, and the mouth of the rotating groove is located on the side of the rotating end facing away from the connecting base.

The hair curler according to  claim 3 , characterized in that, the inner side of the ring-shaped shell is provided with a limit groove at the position corresponding to the clearance opening, the limit groove passes through the end face of the ring-shaped shell and the chamber wall of the mounting chamber, the buckle portion is disposed convexly on the outer peripheral side of the plug portion, and the end face of the buckle portion facing away from the heating rod is provided with a buckle hole, and when the plug portion is plugged into the plug chamber, the buckle portion is correspondingly inserted into the limit groove, and the snap end of the snap member is snapped into the buckle hole.

The hair curler according to  claim 3 , characterized in that, the snap structure comprises two of the snap members and two of the press members, two of the snap members are disposed on opposite sides of the connecting base respectively, two of the snap members and two of the press members are disposed in a one-to-one correspondence, and the ring-shaped shell is provided with the clearance hole corresponding to each of the press members.

The hair curler according to  claim 1 , characterized in that, a limit groove is provided at the position of the open end in the housing, the limit groove is disposed around the outer periphery of the connecting base, the outer periphery of the connecting base is provided with a limit convex portion, the limit convex portion is in a ring shape extending in the rotation direction of the connecting base, and the limit convex portion is slidably mounted in the limit groove.
