Abstract
An organic electric element, a display panel and a display device including the organic electric element are provided. The organic electric element includes a first electrode; a second electrode; and an organic layer positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode. The organic layer includes a first layer having a first compound and a second compound, and a emitting layer having a third compound. A specific general formula related to energy levels of the component compounds is satisfied so that they may have excellent efficiency or lifespan.

a first electrode; a second electrode; and an organic layer positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the organic layer comprises a first layer comprises a first compound and a second compound, and an emitting layer comprises a third compound, and wherein at least one of following general formulas 1 and 2 are satisfied:
0.32 eV≤ L 1 - H 2 ≤0.8 eV [general formula 1]
0.80 eV≤ L 1 - H 3 ≤1.4 eV [general formula 2]
in the general formulas 1 and 2, L 1 is the LUMO (Lowest Unoccupied Molecular Orbital) energy level of the first compound, L 3 is the LUMO (Lowest Unoccupied Molecular Orbital) energy level of the third compound, H 2 is the HOMO(Highest Occupied Molecular Orbital) energy level of the second compound, and H 3 is the HOMO(Highest Occupied Molecular Orbital) energy level of the third compound, wherein the first compound is each represented by one or more of the following chemical formula 1 and chemical formula 2:

2 . The organic electric element according to claim 1 , wherein the first compound is each represented by one of more of the following chemical formula 3 and formula 4:

R1 to R5 and A1 to A4 are the same as R1 to R5 and A1 to A4 defined for chemical formulas 1 and 2,
n and m are each independently an integer from 0 to 5, and
R7 to R8, which may be the same or different, are each independently one selected from the group consisting of a deuterium; a tritium; a halogen; a cyano group; a C1-C50 alkyl group; and a C1-C30 alkoxy group.
3 . The organic electric element according to claim 1 , wherein the first compound is each represented by one or more of the following chemical formula 5 and chemical formula 6:

6 . The organic electric element according to claim 5 , wherein the second compound is each one of the following chemical compounds:
7 . The organic electric element according to claim 1 , wherein the first electrode is an anode electrode, the second electrode is a cathode electrode, and the first layer is positioned between the first electrode and the emitting layer.
8 . The organic electric element according to claim 1 , wherein the first layer is a hole injection layer, the first compound is a P-type dopant, and the second compound is a p-type host.
9 . The organic electric element according to claim 1 , wherein the emitting layer comprises a host and a dopant, and the third compound is one of the host and the dopant.
10 . The organic electric element according to claim 1 , the organic layer characterized in that a following general formulas 3 is satisfied:
0.40 eV≤ H 2- H 3≤0.9 eV. [general formula 3]
11 . The organic electric element according to claim 1 , wherein all of general formulas 1 to 3 are satisfied.
12 . An organic electric element comprising:
a first electrode; a second electrode; and an organic layer positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the organic layer comprises a first stack comprising a first emitting layer, a second stack comprising a second emitting layer, and a charge generating layer positioned between the first stack and the second stack, the charge generating layer comprises a second layer comprising a fourth compound and a fifth compound and a third layer comprising a sixth compound, and at least one of following general formulas 4 and 6 are satisfied:
L 6 - L 4 ≤2.1 eV [general formula 4]
0.32 eV≤ L 4 - H 5 ≤0.8 eV [general formula 6]
in the general formulas 4 and 6, L 6 is the LUMO (Lowest Unoccupied Molecular Orbital) energy level of the sixth compound, L 4 is the LUMO (Lowest Unoccupied Molecular Orbital) energy level of the fourth compound, and H 5 is the HOMO(Highest Occupied Molecular Orbital) energy level of the fifth compound wherein the fourth compound is each represented by one or more of the following chemical formula 1 and chemical formula 2:

R1 to R5 and A1 to A4 are the same as R1 to R5 and A1 to A4 defined for chemical formulas 1 and 2,
n and m are each independently an integer from 0 to 5, and
R7 to R8, which may be the same or different, are each independently one selected from the group consisting of a deuterium; a tritium; a halogen; a cyano group; a C1-C50 alkyl group; and a C1-C30 alkoxy group.
14 . The organic electric element according to claim 12 , wherein the fourth compound is each represented by one or more of the following chemical formula 5 and chemical formula 6:

20 . The organic electric element according to claim 12 , wherein the first electrode is an anode electrode, the second electrode is a cathode electrode, and the second layer is positioned between the second electrode and the third layer.
21 . The organic electric element according to claim 12 , wherein the second layer is a p-type charge generating layer, the third layer is a n-type charge generating layer, and the fourth compound is a P-type dopant, and the fifth compound is a p-type host.
22 . The organic electric element according to claim 12 , the organic layer characterized in that a following general formulas 5 is satisfied:
L 6 - H 5 ≤2.8 eV. [general formula 5]
23 . The organic electric element according to claim 12 , wherein all of general formulas 4 to 6 are satisfied.
24 . The organic electric element according to claim 12 , further comprises a hole injection layer positioned between the first electrode and the first emitting layer, and
