Abstract

A mortar tube anchor system for holding a mortar tube securely to a ground. The mortar tube anchor system comprises a spike and a tube surround. The tube surround comprises an aperture axis. The tube surround comprises a tube aperture and a ring portion. The tube surround comprises a tube surround width and an aperture diameter. The mortar tube anchor system comprises an anchor height and an anchor depth. The mortar tube anchor system is configured for surrounding a portion of a base portion of the mortar tube with the ring portion, anchoring the mortar tube anchor system into the ground using the spike, and holding the mortar tube securely against the ground. The mortar tube anchor system is configured to wrap around and secure a portion of the mortar tube. The mortar tube comprises a tube portion and the base portion.

1 . A mortar tube anchor system for selectively securing a mortar tube to a ground, wherein:
 said mortar tube anchor system comprises a spike and a tube surround;   said tube surround comprises an aperture axis;   said tube surround comprises a ring portion having a tube aperture aligned with said aperture axis;   said ring portion comprises a tube surround width;   said tube aperture comprises an aperture diameter;   said mortar tube anchor system comprises an anchor height and an anchor depth;   said mortar tube anchor system is configured for:
 surrounding a portion of a base portion of said mortar tube with said ring portion, 
 securing said mortar tube anchor system by burring a portion of said spike in said ground, and 
 holding said mortar tube securely against said ground by pinning said base portion of said mortar tube with said ring portion of said tube surround; 
 said mortar tube anchor system further comprises a lift bar; 
 said lift bar comprises a lift bar width; 
 said tube surround and said spike is joined to one another at a substantially right angle at a joining point; and 
 said lift bar is above said joining point such that pulling on said lift bar can remove said spike from said ground. 
   
     
     
         2 . The mortar tube anchor system of  claim 1 , wherein:
 said lift bar comprises two side extensions comprising a width wider than that of said spike, arranged over said spike, and extending out in opposite directions and perpendicular to said spike; and   said two side extensions is configured to lift said mortar tube anchor system out of said ground with a lifting force directly above said spike.   
     
     
         3 . A mortar tube anchor system for selectively securing a mortar tube to a ground, wherein:
 said mortar tube anchor system comprises a spike and a tube surround;   said tube surround comprises an aperture axis;   said tube surround comprises a ring portion having a tube aperture aligned with said aperture axis;   said ring portion comprises a tube surround width;   said tube aperture comprises an aperture diameter;   said mortar tube anchor system comprises an anchor height and an anchor depth;   said mortar tube anchor system is configured for:
 surrounding a portion of a base portion of said mortar tube with said ring portion, 
 securing said mortar tube anchor system by burring a portion of said spike in said ground, and 
 holding said mortar tube securely against said ground by pinning said base portion of said mortar tube with said ring portion of said tube surround. 
   
     
     
         4 . The mortar tube anchor system of  claim 3 , wherein:
 said mortar tube anchor system further comprises a lift bar;   said lift bar comprises a lift bar width;   said tube surround and said spike is joined to one another at a substantially right angle at a joining point; and   said lift bar is above said joining point such that pulling on said lift bar can remove said spike from said ground.   
     
     
         5 . The mortar tube anchor system of  claim 4 , wherein:
 said lift bar comprises two side extensions comprising a width wider than that of said spike, arranged over said spike, and extending out in opposite directions and perpendicular to said spike; and   said two side extensions is configured to lift said mortar tube anchor system out of said ground with a lifting force directly above said spike.   
     
     
         6 . The mortar tube anchor system of  claim 3 , wherein:
 said tube surround and said spike is joined to one another at a substantially right angle at said joining point.   
     
     
         7 . The mortar tube anchor system of  claim 3 , wherein:
 said mortar tube comprises a tube portion and said base portion;   said base portion comprises a substantially square shape having a side base width; and   said side base width is wider than said aperture diameter such that said ring portion is configured to pin down a portion of said base portion.   
     
     
         8 . The mortar tube anchor system of  claim 3 , wherein:
 said tube surround comprises a flat ring border comprising a substantially planar top and bottom portions.   
     
     
         9 . The mortar tube anchor system of  claim 3 , wherein:
 said mortar tube anchor system comprises an installed configuration with a portion of said ring portion around said tube portion of said mortar tube and pressing down on said base portion of said mortar tube; and   said installed configuration comprises a portion of said spike of said mortar tube anchor system inserted into said ground.   
     
     
         10 . The mortar tube anchor system of  claim 3 , wherein:
 said mortar tube anchor system can further comprise an upper spike head;   said upper spike head is configured to reinforce said joining point between said tube surround and said spike; and   said upper spike head is substantially above said spike.   
     
     
         11 . The mortar tube anchor system of  claim 10 , wherein:
 said upper spike head can extend horizontally from above said spike and over a portion of said ring portion.   
     
     
         12 . A mortar tube anchor system for selectively securing a mortar tube to a ground, wherein:
 said mortar tube anchor system comprises a spike and a tube surround;   said tube surround comprises an aperture axis;   said tube surround comprises a ring portion having a tube aperture aligned with said aperture axis;   said ring portion comprises a tube surround width;   said tube aperture comprises an aperture diameter;   said mortar tube anchor system comprises an anchor height and an anchor depth;   said mortar tube anchor system is configured for:
 surrounding a portion of a base portion of said mortar tube with said ring portion, 
 securing said mortar tube anchor system by burring a portion of said spike in said ground, and 
 holding said mortar tube securely against said ground by pinning said base portion of said mortar tube with said ring portion of said tube surround; 
   said mortar tube anchor system comprises an installed configuration with a portion of said ring portion around a tube portion of said mortar tube and pressing down on said base portion of said mortar tube;   said installed configuration comprises a portion of said spike of said mortar tube anchor system inserted into said ground;   said mortar tube anchor system can further comprise an upper spike head;   said upper spike head is configured to reinforce a joining point between said tube surround and said spike; and   said upper spike head is substantially above said spike.   
     
     
         13 . The mortar tube anchor system of  claim 12 , wherein:
 said mortar tube anchor system further comprises a lift bar;   said lift bar comprises a lift bar width;   said tube surround and said spike is joined to one another at a substantially right angle at said joining point; and   said lift bar is above said joining point such that pulling on said lift bar can remove said spike from said ground.   
     
     
         14 . The mortar tube anchor system of  claim 4 , wherein:
 said lift bar comprises said two side extensions comprising a width wider than that of said spike, arranged over said spike, and extending out in opposite directions and perpendicular to said spike; and   said two side extensions is configured to lift said mortar tube anchor system out of said ground with a lifting force directly above said spike.   
     
     
         15 . The mortar tube anchor system of  claim 12 , wherein:
 said tube surround and said spike is joined to one another at a substantially right angle at said joining point.   
     
     
         16 . The mortar tube anchor system of  claim 12 , wherein:
 said mortar tube comprises said tube portion and said base portion;   said base portion comprises a substantially square shape having a side base width; and   said side base width is wider than said aperture diameter such that said ring portion is configured to pin down a portion of said base portion.   
     
     
         17 . The mortar tube anchor system of  claim 12 , wherein:
 said tube surround comprises a flat ring border comprising a substantially planar top and bottom portions.   
     
     
         18 . The mortar tube anchor system of  claim 12 , wherein:
 said upper spike head can extend horizontally from above said spike and over a portion of said ring portion.
