Press-type makeup pen

Abstract

A press-type makeup pen includes an outer cover, a button, an inner cover, a middle sheath, and a base assembly that are coaxially arranged. Pushing-pressing members are provided in the button. Hook claws are provided in the inner cover. The middle sheath includes a sleeve and a head assembly connected to the top of the sleeve. Spring pieces are provided on the top of the sleeve and located outside the head assembly. Barbs are provided on the spring pieces. The inner cover is fixed in the outer cover. The button is inserted into the inner cover and can move up and down in the inner cover. The middle sheath is provided in the outer cover, and the head assembly is inserted into the button. The base assembly is inserted into the sleeve of the middle sheath. An elastic member is provided between the button and the middle sheath.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A press-type makeup pen, comprising an outer cover, a button, an inner cover, a middle sheath, and a base assembly, wherein the outer cover, the button, the inner cover, the middle sheath, and the base assembly are coaxially arranged; pushing-pressing members are provided in the button; hook claws are provided in the inner cover; the middle sheath comprises a sleeve and a head assembly connected to a top of the sleeve; spring pieces are provided on the top of the sleeve and located outside the head assembly; barbs are provided on the spring pieces; the inner cover is fixed in the outer cover; the button is inserted into the inner cover, and the button moves up and down in the inner cover; the middle sheath is provided in the outer cover, and the head assembly is inserted into the button; the base assembly is inserted into the sleeve of the middle sheath; an elastic member is provided between the button and the middle sheath; upon completion of assembly, the hook claws of the inner cover hook onto the barbs on the spring pieces, and the elastic member is compressed; and when the press-type makeup pen is used, the button is pressed down, the pushing-pressing members in the button press the spring pieces such that the hook claws are separated from the barbs, and the middle sheath moves downward under an action of a restoring force of the elastic member such that the base assembly reaches out of the outer cover.

The press-type makeup pen according to  claim 1 , wherein the outer cover is a cylindrical structure with a hollow inside, a first opening at an upper end and a second opening at a lower end; the button and the inner cover are provided at the upper end of the outer cover; and when the press-type makeup pen is used, the base assembly reaches out of the second opening at the lower end of the outer cover.

The press-type makeup pen according to  claim 1 , wherein two pushing-pressing members are provided in the button; a first inclined surface is provided on each of the two pushing-pressing members; the two pushing-pressing members are arranged symmetrically around a central axis of the button; two clamping grooves are formed in the button; and the two clamping grooves are arranged symmetrically around the central axis of the button.

The press-type makeup pen according to  claim 3 , wherein the button is a cylindrical structure with a hollow inside and an opening at a lower end; a top cover is provided at an upper end of the button; the top cover extends downward to form an annular member; and an upper end of the elastic member is sleeved on the annular member and the elastic member abuts the top cover.

The press-type makeup pen according to  claim 1 , wherein the inner cover is a cylindrical structure with openings at upper and lower ends; the inner cover comprises an outer ring and an inner ring, wherein a bottom of the outer ring and a bottom of the inner ring are connected to each other; a first accommodating groove is formed between the outer ring and the inner ring; the button is inserted into the first accommodating groove; and the hook claws and protrusions are arranged on the inner ring.

The press-type makeup pen according to  claim 5 , wherein the inner cover is fixed on an inner wall of the outer cover through a convex rib; two hook claws and two protrusions are arranged on the inner ring; a third inclined surface is provided on each of the two hook claws; and the bottom of the inner ring extends radially outward to form a baffle.

The press-type makeup pen according to  claim 1 , wherein the sleeve of the middle sheath is a cylindrical structure with an opening at a lower end and a hollow inside; the head assembly is an annular structure extending upward from the top of the sleeve; a supporting member is provided in the head assembly; and a lower end of the elastic member is sleeved on the supporting member and abuts the top of the sleeve.

The press-type makeup pen according to  claim 7 , wherein each of the spring pieces is a sheet-shaped structure with a lower end fixedly connected to the top of the sleeve, an upper end provided with a second inclined surface, and a middle provided with the barb; each of the spring pieces is elastic, and a gap is formed between each of the spring pieces and the head assembly; and an upper end of the head assembly extends radially outward to form a convex edge.
