Abstract

A motor device for an electric bicycle may include an electric motor, a first connector unit, and/or a second connector unit. The electric motor may include an axis of rotation. The first connector unit may include a first motor connector and a first connecting part. The first connecting part may surround the first motor connector regionally and/or outwardly. The first connector unit may be mounted on the electric motor and may be electrically conductively connected to the electric motor via the first motor connector. The second connector unit may include a second motor connector and a second connecting part. An electrical conductive connection may be established and released directly between the first motor connector and the second motor connector.

         16 . A motor device for an electric bicycle, comprising:
 an electric motor having an axis of rotation,   a first connector unit having a first motor connector and a first connecting part rigidly fixed to one another,   the first connector unit mounted on the electric motor and electrically conductively connected to the electric motor via the first motor connector,   a second connector unit including a second motor connector,   wherein an electrical conductive connection can be established and released directly between the first motor connector and the second motor connector,   wherein the first connecting part outwardly surrounds the first motor connector in at least one region and has an opening aligned with the axis of rotation, and wherein the first motor connector is disposed on a radially outer face of the first connecting part.   
     
     
         17 . The motor device according to  claim 16 , wherein
 the first connecting part is rigidly fixed to a stator of the electric motor.   
     
     
         18 . The motor device according to  claim 16 , wherein the second connector unit further includes a second connecting part, and wherein the second connecting part has screw holes for connection to a dropout of the electric bicycle. 
     
     
         19 . The motor device according to  claim 18 , wherein:
 between the first connecting part and the second connecting part a form-fitted connection transversely to the axis of rotation can be established and released, and   when the form-fitted connection between the first and second connecting parts is established and released, the electrical conductive connection between the first and second motor connectors can be established and released.   
     
     
         20 . The motor device according to  claim 19 , wherein:
 the first connecting part has a first form-fitting element and the second connecting part has a second form-fitting element, and   the first form-fitting element slidably connects with the second form-fitting element transversely to the axis of rotation and thereby the form-fitting connection between the first and second connecting parts can be established.   
     
     
         21 . The motor device according to  claim 20 , wherein:
 the first form-fitting element includes two first guide rails are spaced apart from one another and aligned transversely to the axis of rotation,   the second form-fitting element includes two second guide rails spaced apart from each other and aligned transversely to the axis of rotation, and   the two first guide rails and the two second guide rails are displaceable into each other transversely to the axis of rotation and are fixedly connectable to each other parallel to the axis of rotation.   
     
     
         22 . The motor device according to  claim 21 , wherein the two first guide rails and the two second guide rails are each aligned non-parallel to one another and approach one another radially inwards towards the axis of rotation. 
     
     
         23 . The motor device according to  claim 18 , wherein the second connector unit contains a carrier that surrounds the second connecting part and the second motor connector at least in regions towards the electric motor. 
     
     
         24 . The motor device according to  claim 16 , wherein the first motor connector is electrically conductively connected to a control board of the electric motor. 
     
     
         25 . The motor device according to claim  1 , wherein the second motor connector plugs into the first motor connector transversely to the axis of rotation. 
     
     
         26 . The motor device according to  claim 16 , wherein:
 the second connector unit comprises a second battery connector for connecting the second connector unit to a first battery connector of a battery of the electric bicycle, and   the second battery connector is electrically conductively connected to the second motor connector via a cable.   
     
     
         27 . An electric bicycle, comprising:
 a motor device including an electric motor having an axis of rotation, the electric motor including:
 a first connector unit including a first motor connector and a first connecting part rigidly fixed to one another; 
 the first connector unit mounted on the electric motor and electrically conductively connected to the electric motor via the first motor connector; 
 a second connector unit including a second motor connector; 
 wherein an electrical conductive connection can be established and released directly between the first motor connector and the second motor connector; 
 wherein the first connecting part outwardly surrounds the first motor connector in at least one region and has an opening aligned with the axis of rotation, and wherein the first motor connector is disposed on a radially outer face of the first connecting part; 
   a wheel, a dropout supporting the wheel, and a battery;   wherein the electric motor with the first connector unit is fixable to the wheel and the second connector unit is fixable to the dropout, and   wherein the electric motor is electrically conductively connected to the battery via the second connector unit when installed.   
     
     
         28 . The electric bicycle according to  claim 27 , wherein:
 the second connector unit comprises a carrier that surrounds a second connecting part and the second motor connector in at least one region towards the electric motor, and   the carrier is rigidly fixed to the dropout.   
     
     
         29 . The electric bicycle according to  claim 27 , wherein the second connector unit includes a second connecting part, wherein the second connecting part has screw holes for receiving screws that fix the second connector unit to the dropout. 
     
     
         30 . The electric bicycle according to  claim 27 , wherein the second motor connector plugs into the first motor connector transversely to the axis of rotation. 
     
     
         31 . The electric bicycle according to  claim 27 , wherein:
 the second connector unit comprises a second battery connector for connecting the second connector unit to a first battery connector of a battery of the electric bicycle; and   the second battery connector is electrically conductively connected to the second motor connector via a cable.   
     
     
         32 . The electric bicycle according to  claim 27 , wherein the first connecting part is rigidly fixed to a stator of the electric motor. 
     
     
         33 . The electric bicycle according to  claim 27 , wherein:
 between the first connecting part and a second connecting part of the second connector unit a form-fitted connection transversely to the axis of rotation can be established and released; and   when the form-fitted connection between the first and second connecting parts is established and released, the electrical conductive connection between the first and second motor connectors can be established and released.   
     
     
         34 . The electric bicycle according to  claim 33 , wherein:
 the first connecting part has a first form-fitting element and the second connecting part has a second form-fitting element, and   the first form-fitting element slidably connects with the second form-fitting element transversely to the axis of rotation and thereby the form-fitting connection between the first and second connecting parts can be established.   
     
     
         35 . The electric bicycle according to  claim 27 , wherein the motor device comprises a thru axle, the thru axle defining the axis of rotation of the electric motor and extending through the electric motor and the second connector unit.
