 a) a therapeutically effective amount of a bispecific antibody comprising:
 i) a first monomer comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:29748; 
 ii) a second monomer comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:29749; and 
 iii) a third monomer comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:29750; and 
   b) a therapeutic effective amount of an anti-CTLA4 antibody.
