What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A shoe accessory comprising:
 a wrap having a first end anchored to a first side of a lace cage of the shoe and a second end secured to a second side of the lace cage;   a plurality of fasteners disposed on the first and second end to secure the first and second end to the first and second side; and   a midsole portion of the wrap.   
     
     
         2 . The shoe accessory of  claim 1 , further comprising a heel portion of the wrap. 
     
     
         3 . The shoe accessory of  claim 1 , further comprising a plurality of holes defined in the first end of the wrap for the fasteners from the second end to reach eyelets in the lace cage. 
     
     
         4 . The shoe accessory of  claim 1 , wherein the wrap overlaps the first end with the second end. 
     
     
         5 . The shoe accessory of  claim 1 , wherein the fasteners include hooks. 
     
     
         6 . The shoe accessory of  claim 1 , wherein the fasteners include hook and loop materials. 
     
     
         7 . The shoe accessory of  claim 1 , wherein the fasteners include magnets. 
     
     
         8 . The shoe accessory of  claim 1 , wherein the midsole portion of the wrap includes an elastic stretchy material. 
     
     
         9 . The shoe accessory of  claim 1 , wherein the wrap includes an elastic stretchy material. 
     
     
         10 . The shoe accessory of  claim 1 , wherein the wrap includes a weighted portion proximal a heel of the shoe. 
     
     
         11 . The shoe accessory of  claim 1 , further comprising a weighted portion proximal the midsole. 
     
     
         12 . The shoe accessory of  claim 1 , further comprising a heel portion of the wrap comprising an elastic stretchy material. 
     
     
         13 . The shoe accessory of  claim 1 , further comprising a heel portion of the wrap comprising a cutout for the heel of the shoe. 
     
     
         14 . The shoe accessory of  claim 1 , wherein the wrap comprises a cutout for a ball of the sole of the shoe. 
     
     
         15 . The shoe accessory of  claim 1 , wherein the wrap comprises a cutout for the lace cage of the shoe. 
     
     
         16 . The shoe accessory of  claim 1 , wherein the midsole of the wrap comprises a webbing material between the first end and the second end.
