         17 . A radiation imaging apparatus, comprising:
a sensor substrate comprising a plurality of imaging pixels configured to capture a radiation image and a detection pixel configured to detect radiation; a support substrate coupled to the sensor substrate so as to support the sensor substrate; and a housing which accommodates the sensor substrate and the support substrate, wherein the sensor substrate comprises an arrangement prohibited region including a portion that receives a pressure from an undulation portion of the support substrate due to deformation of the housing, at least one of the plurality of imaging pixels is arranged in the arrangement prohibited region, and the detection pixel is arranged in a region different from the arrangement prohibited region.

18 . The radiation imaging apparatus according to claim 17 , wherein the support substrate is coupled to the sensor substrate via a coupling member.

19 . The radiation imaging apparatus according to claim 18 , further comprising a radiation shielding plate arranged between the sensor substrate and the support substrate.

20 . The radiation imaging apparatus according to claim 19 , further comprising a coupling member arranged between the radiation shielding plate and the sensor substrate.

21 . The radiation imaging apparatus according to claim 17 , wherein the undulation portion includes a portion where a screw is fastened to the support substrate.

22 . The radiation imaging apparatus according to claim 21 , wherein the portion includes a through hole provided in the support substrate and a member inserted into the through hole, and the screw is screwed into the member.

23 . The radiation imaging apparatus according to claim 17 , wherein the undulation portion is formed by the support substrate including a first height surface, a second height surface higher than the first height surface, and an inclined surface connecting the first height surface and the second height surface,
an inclination angle of the inclined surface with respect to a plane including the first height surface is not less than 15°, and the arrangement prohibited region is a region where a distance from a boundary between the inclined surface and the first height surface is not more than 50 times a height difference between the first height surface and the second height surface.

24 . The radiation imaging apparatus according to claim 17 , wherein the undulation portion includes two steps, and
a shortest distance between the two steps is not more than 200 times a maximum height of the two steps.

25 . The radiation imaging apparatus according to claim 17 , wherein the housing includes a protrusion protruding into a space inside the housing, and
the arrangement prohibited region includes a portion of the sensor substrate to which a pressure is applied by the protrusion in accordance with deformation of the housing.

26 . The radiation imaging apparatus according to claim 17 , wherein the housing includes a protrusion protruding into a space inside the housing, and
the arrangement prohibited region includes a portion of the sensor substrate to which a pressure is applied when the protrusion comes into contact with the support substrate in accordance with deformation of the housing.

27 . The radiation imaging apparatus according to claim 17 , wherein a signal to stop radiation irradiation is generated based on a signal output from the detection pixel.

28 . The radiation imaging apparatus according to claim 17 , further comprising a plurality of detection pixels including the detection pixel, wherein
at least two of the plurality of detection pixels are connected to a common driving line.

29 . The radiation imaging apparatus according to claim 17 , wherein some of the plurality of imaging pixels and the detection pixel are arranged in a single row.

         30 . A radiation imaging system, comprising:
a radiation source configured to generate radiation; and the radiation imaging apparatus defined in claim 17 .
