Packaging member

Abstract

A packaging member includes a first partition plate and a second partition plate. The first partition plate has a first slit. The second partition plate has a second slit. The second slit is inserted into the first slit. The first slit includes a one-side cut surface and an other-side cut surface. The one-side cut surface has an engagement protrusion protruding toward the other-side cut surface. The second partition plate has an engagement hole. With the second partition plate inserted in the first slit, the engagement protrusion is inserted into the engagement hole to thereby couple the first partition plate and the second partition plate to each other.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A packaging member, comprising:
 a first partition plate that is disposed in a containing area for containing a packaged object, and that extends in a first direction; and   a second partition plate that is disposed in the containing area, and that extends in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction,   wherein   the first partition plate has a first slit cut therein from an end thereof on one side in an up-down direction,   the second partition plate has a second slit cut therein from an end thereof on an other side in the up-down direction,   the second slit is inserted into the first slit to thereby couple the first partition plate and the second partition plate to each other in an intersecting manner,   the first slit includes a one-side cut surface and an other-side cut surface that face each other,   the one-side cut surface has an engagement protrusion protruding toward the other-side cut surface,   the second partition plate has an engagement hole formed therein over the second slit, the engagement hole penetrating the second partition plate in a plate thickness direction thereof, and   with the second partition plate inserted in the first slit, the engagement protrusion is inserted into the engagement hole to thereby couple the first partition plate and the second partition plate to each other.   
     
     
         2 . The packaging member according to  claim 1 ,
 wherein   the other-side cut surface has a recessed portion that is recessed in a protrusion direction of the engagement protrusion, and   the engagement protrusion protrudes into the recessed portion.   
     
     
         3 . The packaging member according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a bottom portion that has a rectangular shape;   a pair of first wall portions that are folded upward from a pair of edges of the bottom portion that extend in the first direction;   a pair of second wall portions that are folded upward from a pair of edges of the bottom portion that extend in the second direction,
 the containing area being an area that is over the bottom portion and that is surrounded by the first wall portions and the second wall portions; and 
   a pair of lid portions that are portions extending from upper ends of the pair of second wall portions, and that are folded from the upper ends of the second wall portions to thereby close the containing area from above,   wherein   the first partition plate includes a plurality of first partition plates,   the plurality of first partition plates are coupled to side edges of the pair of first wall portions via coupling portions, and are folded along predetermined fold lines to thereby be arrayed on the bottom portion in the second direction,   the second partition plate includes a pair of second partition plates that are coupled to the pair of lid portions,   the pair of second partition plates have a plurality of the second slits,   the plurality of the second slits each correspond to the first slit of one of the plurality of first partition plates, and   the pair of second partition plates are folded downward from edges of the pair of lid portions, and the plurality of the second slits are each inserted into the first slit of one of the plurality of first partition plates to thereby couple the pair of second partition plates to the plurality of first partition plates.   
     
     
         4 . The packaging member according to  claim 3 ,
 wherein   such one of the coupling portions as is connected to one of the side edges of the pair of first wall portions that is located on one side in the first direction and such one of the coupling portions as is connected to one of the side edges of the pair of first wall portions that is located on an other side in the first direction are different from each other in length in the second direction.   
     
     
         5 . The packaging member according to  claim 3 ,
 wherein   with the pair of second partition plates overlapping each other in the first direction, the plurality of the second slits are each inserted into the first slit of one of the plurality of first partition plates.
