Holding device for containers, in particular cans, blanks therefor and packaging herewith
Abstract
The invention relates to a blank for unfolding a holding device for containers, in particular cans, with a beaded rim, where the blank has a cover section for the arrangement on a row of containers, and where two oppositely disposed fixation sections are formed at the cover section, by way of a fold line each to the cover section, which is characterised in that holding edges for engaging underneath the beaded rims of the containers are formed at the fixation sections by rectilinear main cut lines running offset parallel to the fold lines. The invention further relates to a holding device obtained by folding such a blank. The invention finally relates to a packaging with such a holding device at which containers, are held, where the holding edges of the fixation sections engage underneath beaded rims of the containers.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . Blank for unfolding a holding device for containers with a beaded rim,
where said blank has a cover section for the arrangement on a row of containers, and where two oppositely disposed fixation sections are formed on said cover section and are connected by way of a fold line each to said cover section, characterized in that holding edges for engaging underneath said beaded rims of said containers are formed at said fixation sections by rectilinear main cut lines running offset parallel to said fold lines.
2 . Blank according to claim 1 , wherein
said blank has two cover sections for the arrangement on a row of containers each, and where oppositely disposed fixation sections are formed at said cover sections and are each connected to said respective cover section by way of a fold line, and where holding edges for engaging underneath said beaded rims of said containers are formed at said fixation sections by rectilinear main cut lines running offset parallel to said fold lines.
3 . Blank according to claim 2 , wherein said middle fixation sections are connected to one another by way of a longitudinal fold line.
4 . Blank according to claim 3 , wherein said longitudinal fold line is interrupted by at least one punch-out, where a respective punch-out is arranged between main cut lines that are disposed opposite one another with respect to said longitudinal fold line.
5 . Blank according to claim 1 , wherein an abutment section each for the abutment against an outer surface of said containers adjoins said two outer fixation sections.
6 . Blank according to claim 5 , wherein said abutment sections have flaps for connecting said abutment sections to one another.
7 . Blank according to claim 5 , wherein a bend line runs between said abutment sections and said fixation sections, where said bend line is configured to be rectilinear and continuous.
8 . Blank according to claim 6 , wherein at least one abutment hump is formed on at least one of said flaps and projects towards said cover section beyond said bend line.
9 . Blank according to claim 8 , wherein a crescent-shaped incision runs between said abutment hump and said fixation section, starting out from an end point of said bend line.
10 . Blank according to claim 1 , wherein auxiliary cut lines extend from said main cut lines to said fold lines.
11 . Blank according to claim 10 , wherein at least one of said auxiliary cut lines runs slanted to said associated main cut line.
12 . Blank according to claim 1 , wherein said blank is made of a flat material containing cellulose.
13 . Holding device for containers obtained by folding a blank according to claim 1 .
14 . Packaging with a holding device according to claim 13 at which containers are held, where said holding edges of said fixation sections engage underneath said beaded rims of said containers, and said cover section rests on said containers, on said beaded rims.
15 . Packaging according to claim 14 , wherein said holding device is obtained from the blank wherein said abutment sections have flaps for connecting said abutment sections to one another, and wherein said flaps of said abutment sections are affixed to one another.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
