Abstract

A capsule to hold burning tobacco for smoking that is rapidly manufactured by blending various select materials that self-dry to a finished state within minutes. The capsule's properties have low thermal conductivity levels making it neutral to the touch and causing the tobacco to retain its moisture longer. This low thermal conductivity results in a longer tobacco burn rate and smoking session with a reduced level of harsh smoke. The capsule's composition of mineral salts make its bio-degradable for nourishing and promoting plant growth.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A low cost, rapidly producable, one-time use, pre-filled capsule, comprising:
a tobacco container formed from pouring a mixture of insulating material into a mold that is self-drying without heat, having a floor and a radial parameter with a configuration to form an exposed end of a hookah stem; a central protruding opening positioned directly above the hookah stem inlet; and a cavity compartment to hold wetted, loose, and definite array of tobacco positioned within the container between product upper perforated seal and combustion platform.

2 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said insulating material has a thermal conductivity that is lower than a thermal conductivity of a silicone material.

3 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said insulating material further comprises prevention of heat transference to the outer said radial parameter with optimally minimal weight and thickness upon contact of said upper perforated seal with lit coal while uniformly transferring the heat to the tobacco within said tobacco container.

4 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said insulating material fully comprises non-toxic biodegradable minerals.

5 . The apparatus of claim 3 , wherein said prevention of heat transference to the outer said radial parameter maintains the moisture of the tobacco resulting in a longer smoking duration reaching 2 hours.

6 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said insulating material further comprises no need for ovens or any source of heat to dry.

7 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said self-drying insulating material further comprises a swift overall manufacturing process.
