Multifunctional baby bed

Abstract

The present design includes a multifunctional baby crib, which includes a main body and an accommodating compartment. The main body of the baby crib is designed into a box body shape of a luggage case so that the product can be selected to be used as the baby crib or the luggage case according to the actual use condition. When a user needs to use the baby crib as a baby bed, supporting legs can be used for supporting. When the baby crib is used as a luggage case, wheels can be used for supporting the case body and facilitating pulling. A lifting adjusting mechanism is provided for lifting, forming the accommodating cabin. The containing cabin can be used to maintain a baby, allowing the baby to sit and lie. Alternately, articles can be maintained in the body and the device used as luggage.

1 . A multifunctional crib, comprising:
 a body having a substantially box shape and defining a storage space with an openable top; and   an accommodating compartment provided in the storage space, the accommodating compartment being deployable and defining an accommodating space;   wherein the accommodating compartment is configured to protrude out of the storage space and retract into the storage space;   wherein the multifunctional crib when the accommodating compartment is retracted into the storage space appears and functions as luggage.   
     
     
         2 . The multifunctional crib of  claim 1 , further comprising a lifting and lowering adjustment mechanism provided within the accommodating space. 
     
     
         3 . The multifunctional crib of  claim 2 , wherein the lifting and adjusting mechanism comprises telescoping rods and a controllable locking device, wherein a lower fixed section of each telescoping rod is connected to the body. 
     
     
         4 . The multifunctional crib of  claim 3 , wherein an upper movable section of each telescoping rod is connected to the body and a locking device is used to lock each telescoping rod in an extended state. 
     
     
         5 . The multifunctional crib of  claim 3 , wherein the accommodating compartment comprises:
 a frame-shaped guardrail;   a fence having a top connectable to the frame-shaped guardrail; and   a bottom surface provided at a bottom of the fence;   wherein the frame-shaped guardrail is movable within the accommodating space.   
     
     
         6 . The multifunctional crib of  claim 1 , further comprising a support assembly arranged on an outer side of the body, wherein the support assembly comprises a plurality of wheels or feet. 
     
     
         7 . The multifunctional crib of  claim 6 , wherein a receiving groove is formed on a bottom of the body corresponding to position of at least one foot such that one end of the at least one foot can be pivotally installed in the receiving groove. 
     
     
         8 . The multifunctional crib of  claim 7 , wherein a second locking device is provided between the accommodating groove and at least one foot. 
     
     
         9 . The multifunctional crib of  claim 1 , further comprising a removable cover usable to access the accommodation space. 
     
     
         10 . The multifunctional crib of  claim 1 , wherein at least one side of the body comprises a handle. 
     
     
         11 . A combination crib and luggage apparatus, comprising:
 a body;   a deployable guardrail supported by telescoping members connected to the body; and   a barrier connected to the guardrail and an interior of the body such that when the guardrail is deployed the body and the barrier function as a crib.   
     
     
         12 . The combination crib and luggage apparatus of  claim 11 , wherein when the guardrail is not deployed the body is sealable to provide a luggage device. 
     
     
         13 . The combination crib and luggage apparatus of  claim 11 , wherein the body is provided with wheels and a handle. 
     
     
         14 . The combination crib and luggage apparatus of  claim 11 , further comprising a plurality of deployable legs attached to the body. 
     
     
         15 . A combination crib and luggage apparatus, comprising:
 a body comprising a space;   a plurality of telescoping members connected to the body;   a guardrail connected to the plurality of telescoping members and deployable above the space; and   a fence connected to the guardrail and an interior of the body;   wherein when the plurality of telescoping members is extended, the guardrail is deployed away from the body and the fence forms an enclosure.   
     
     
         16 . The combination crib and luggage apparatus of  claim 15 , wherein when the guardrail is not deployed the body is sealable to provide a luggage device. 
     
     
         17 . The combination crib and luggage apparatus of  claim 15 , wherein the body is provided with wheels and a handle. 
     
     
         18 . The combination crib and luggage apparatus of  claim 15 , further comprising a plurality of deployable legs attached to the body. 
     
     
         19 . The combination crib and luggage apparatus of  claim 15 , further comprising a button configured to release the guardrail from a locked position when deployed such that the guardrail is movable toward the body. 
     
     
         20 . The combination crib and luggage apparatus of  claim 15 , further comprising a receiving groove formed on the body corresponding to position of at least one deployable leg.
