Abstract

A single-use container for fluid products, particularly pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and medical products is provided. The single-use container has a containment body, a closing element removable along a predetermined breaking line, and an opening key slidingly fitted onto the closing element and prismatically rotationally engageable therewith to remove the closing element from the containment body. The single-use container has child-proof and anti-tampering elements. When an axial compression force acts on the opening key, the child-proof and anti-tampering elements generate an axial counterthrust upwards in direction of prismatic decoupling between the opening key and the closing element.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A single-use container for fluid products, comprising:
a containment body for containing a fluid product, provided with a neck ending in a dispensing mouth, and with a shoulder arranged below the neck and having a greater diameter than said neck; a closing means which in an initial configuration is joined to said containment body along a predetermined breaking line to close the dispensing mouth and in an opening configuration, obtained by tearing said predetermined breaking line, is separated from said containment body to open said dispensing mouth; an opening key which in the initial configuration is slidingly fitted onto the closing means and rotationally released therefrom and in a working configuration is prismatically rotationally engaged with said closing means to put pressure thereon and remove the closing means from said containment body to obtain the opening configuration; said opening key comprising a gripping portion and a connection portion provided with an end edge, wherein in the initial configuration the connection portion extends up to the beginning of the shoulder; at least one axial counterthrust means for prismatic decoupling between the opening key and the closing means, activated by an axial compression force acting on the opening key; wherein the end edge of the connection portion is cylindrical, uniform and free from interruptions, and is the axial counterthrust means which, by meeting the shoulder of the containment body, due to the axial compression force acting on the opening key, is elastically deformed, generating an upward thrust force in direction of the prismatic decoupling between the opening key and the closing means.

2 . The single-use container of claim 1 , wherein in the initial configuration the connection portion of the opening key completely covers the closing means and the predetermined breaking line.

3 . The single-use container of claim 1 , further comprising a pair of flaps protruding from an outer lateral surface of the containment body.

4 . A monolithic strip of single-use containers for fluid products, comprising a plurality of single-use containers according to claim 3 , wherein each flap is removably associated, by a weakened zone, with a flap of one or more adjacent single-use containers.

         5 . A single-use container for fluid products, comprising:
a containment body for containing a fluid product, provided with a neck ending in a dispensing mouth for dispensing said fluid product; a closing means which in an initial configuration is joined to said containment body along a predetermined breaking line to close the dispensing mouth and in an opening configuration, obtained by tearing said predetermined breaking line, is separated from said containment body to open said dispensing mouth; an opening key which in the initial configuration is slidingly fitted onto the closing means and rotationally released therefrom and in a working configuration is prismatically rotationally engaged with said closing means to put pressure thereon and remove the closing means from the containment body to obtain the opening configuration; said opening key comprising a gripping portion and a connection portion; and at least one axial counterthrust means for prismatic decoupling between the opening key and the closing means, activated by an axial compression force acting on the opening key; wherein said at least one axial counterthrust means is a flexible lip, arranged on an inner wall of the connection portion of the opening key, or on an outer surface of the closing means or of the neck of the containment body, said flexible lip, in contact with an opposite surface, defines an air chamber inside the connection portion of the opening key and, due to the axial compression force acting on the opening key, said air chamber is compressed, generating an upward thrust force in direction of the prismatic decoupling between the opening key and the closing means.

6 . The single-use container of claim 5 , wherein in the initial configuration the connection portion of the opening key completely covers the closing means and the predetermined breaking line.

7 . The single-use container of claim 5 , further comprising a pair of flaps protruding from an outer lateral surface of the containment body.

8 . A monolithic strip of single-use containers for fluid products, comprising a plurality of single-use containers according to claim 7 , wherein each flap is removably associated, by a weakened zone, with a flap of one or more adjacent single-use containers.
